Monique was more than patient with me and the situation and navigated me through the steps in a way that i was 100% comfortable and, in fact, ShutterBooth was the only piece of the party that I didn't have to fret over. Our booth was set up on time, looked great, was a hit. At the end of the evening the booth was broken down and gone before most of the guests even knew what was going on. I was very happy that I got prints of all of the photos taken and that they were put in an album. It was really nice to have a link where I could see all of the photos taken not only as photo strips but also as individual photos. Even those that were a bit skeptical about it at first ended up having a really great time. Cons: It took almost 3 weeks after my New Year's eve wedding before I got a working link so that I could see the photos online. It took three unanswered emails and 2 voicemail messages before I finally got a working link. The scrapbook itself had a hard multi-frame cover to which photos were also added. Also included was a collection of strips of every photo taken. To top it all off, we received digital copies not only of the strips, but also the full sized versions of each photo taken. I picked them because they were actually decently priced compared to all the other companies - you don't get video uploads or anything like that - but who really cares? They were totally professional, the booth looked great (they color coordinated the curtain and set-up with my wedding colors and were amazingly inexpensive! I think with the coupon it ended up being like $350 for three hours with each guest getting two copies of their pictures. Some of my most favorite photos are from the wedding are from the booth :) They also made sure to get me and my girls, my husband and his guys, and my husband and I - otherwise we might have been so busy as to forget to go in!!
