I had a vision of how things should be; but didn't really see how to make it possible because they were a radical shift. What made her approach unique is rebuilding things from the ground up; by understanding belief systems that shape the way we act in career and life; and how they are intertwined. I was surprised and excited about this new way of thinking. I also work in product in the area of behavior science and health so all this was really fascinating to me. She's an active listener, and a master at making hard things simple. The different exercises and techniques she recommended relevant to my questions helped me gain a lot of clarity. She creates space for you to grow, envision what you want to create and make it happen.
