I found NMHS through a website listing similar firms in Wisconsin. I really think my therapist, Kaity, who I've been working with the whole time, is really cool and she's doing a great job working with me. She's well informed about Autism and the unique mentality of people who have it and how it relates to gender identity and sexual orientation along with the social issues that come with it. She's really supportive of my needs and genuinely listens to me. I definitely think that the Patient Care Coordinator did a good job in selecting Kaity to work with me. I would recommend Nova Mental Health Services L.L.C to LGBT identity and neurodivergent people looking for therapy. I think I got what I needed.

Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center came through in our time of need…read more My husband had done something simply awful to his back. We're talking, he couldn't stand or walk for more than two minutes without his back completely seizing up and him ending up on the ground. We ended up in Urgent Care over it and were then referred to the Spine & Back Center located at Aurora St Luke's Medical Center. They were able to get us in by the next business day. Everyone (from the valet to the front office to the nurse practitioner we saw) was empathetic, patient, and lovely in every way. They even kindly conducted the entire check out process in the exam room so my husband could remain lying down (which was pretty much the only position remotely comfortable). It was determined that he needed an immediate MRI, which, fortunately could be done right in the same building. Rather than making him walk (which was pretty excruciating), they offered a wheel chair and escorted him to the MRI. They're still working on a solution (we don't get the MRI results back until tomorrow), but having a place that was able to provide him care so quickly, efficiently, and most of all kindly? Definitely a fan of that.

First off I want to say that my therapist is awesome and I am so thankful for her, but Pct is…read moreawful. I have been in the office more than once where the staff wasn't wearing masks. One of the ladies in the front office butts into conversations very rudely. The first time I went in, a therapist was openly complaining about a patient. So unprofessional. I only keep going back because of my therapist, but I will no longer. If you have to cancel last minute, they will still charge you for your visit. They seem so money hungry and not actually there for their clients.
