Fortenberry roofing kept reaching out, asking when they could complete the repair... At which point, we reminded them that the roof was already repaired & provided a paid receipt by the seller. The manager reached out, informing us that while the repair had been paid for it has not been completed yet and they wanted to know when they could go out and get it done! We are thankful for their persistence and their integrity! You can bet that when the entire roof needs to be replaced, they will be the ones we call! Great customer service is very valuable!

I asked him to…read moretrim 12 trees, remove a tree that blew over in a wind storm, and remove old overgrown cedar bushes and roses in my flowerbeds. He told me he could do the job the next day. He came and did all that was expected leaving the trees looking great and getting rid of all the stuff I didn't want. A few hours later, his crew showed up to remove all the branches and bushes. The place looks great and I was glad to have it done. I'm not sure how his prices compare as it seemed a little high, but I was glad to get this done and paid it without haggling. He and his crew were polite and professional in their dealings with me.
