I highly recommend them as they arrive when they say, dress professional, courteous to our many questions, and did the job quickly and efficiently. At one house I had squirrels in my attic and while the previous owner had another company block most of the entry points they missed some and Ryan solved the problem and installed a one way door so the squirrels could not get back in once they left. The previous owner used poison and that left a few dead carcasses in the attic. As import as being good is, just as import is being honest. Ryan will only recommend and do what is needed. If there is another trade like a roofer that can fix a problem better than him, he will recommend that - this is being honest and recommending to customers what is best for them. FinalLy received service after multiple attempts. They came out and set traps. The first technician was great. No complaints. When I called the office to come deal with animals in the traps the girl in the office told me to deal with it myself. Other times I couldn't get through. They sent another technician unannounced to pick up the traps and take them back. I explained the problem wasn't solved so he left the traps in place. Came again unannounced to collect the traps and I explained the problem wasn't solved and he needed to deal with my husband. They sent me an email offering a quote to seal the entry point in the house now that the squirrels have been removed. The squirrels are still a problem and more aggressive then ever. Here is my big complaint. Technicians keeps coming by to collect the traps and coming in to our property without making prior arrangements. They even bother my elderly parents. I am afraid to open the door when a male, I do not know, comes by, aggressively knocks on all the doors and yells my name. I have CPTSD. This is very upsetting to me. He said he did not have my new phone number and couldn't get a hold of me. First I have left messages for the office so you should have my number. You have my address and email. You could have sent a message or written a letter. You could have even left a note. I am not comfortable with the technicians coming by unannounced and wandering around my property. I do not have a problem returning the traps. Please contact me through proper channels and make arrangements. My husband has also used this company before so you should have his contact info on file. June 22, 2024 I am…read morepleased to recommend Hassan and Sobia's services. Both Hassan and Sobia are very pleasant to talk to and very professional in scheduling appointments and completing work. I initally requested help with a squirrel problem in our atttic. This took about 7 or 8 visits by Hassan to repair/close entry points in our roof, set traps to catch the squirrels, and then several follow-up visits to inspect the attic to make sure squirrels had not returned. During the intial visit and survey of the roof and attic, Hassan pointed out some other issues he noticed: 1) there were several bee nests in the attic ---so I hired Hassan to remove the bee nests. 2) the gutters were full of debris from recent windstorms --- so I hired Hassan to clean the gutters. 3) one of the down pipes attached to the gutter was detached and bent --- so Hassan fixed that. 4) one of the soffits was hanging down a bit so Hassan fixed that. I always appreciate it when someone comes to provide a service and at the same time, points out other unrelated issues that could be a problem.
