Located in the Westmont area and not really near any other businesses it feels a bit isolated. Me doing my vehicle banking I always end up at a different one each time. I decided I would give this a try and was very disappointed. They do have drive thru capability, but not the type I needed. See they have a drive up ATM...now. This location was, at one point, one that had a separate out building for ATM banking. I thought I was seeing things, but I was amused that the building was still there, just with a board where the ATM was supposed to be. The now there drive up ATM is the simplest of ATMs. You can make a withdrawal, check a balance and transfer funds, but no deposit capabilities. So no banking for me that night.

She and her boss, Mark McLaughlin (sp?) were FULL of EXCUSES as to why this happened and why none of it was their fault. It's been over 2 months and we still haven't heard from the one insurance company. VERY BAD customer service at this location. Would NOT recommend ANYONE doing business here.

My opinion of this business is based on my dealings with Dee who has been my agent since the beginning. Dee is customer service driven and works extremely hard to take care of whatever problems you may encounter. I am the type of person who asks tons and tons of questions and she never once gave me the impression that she was annoyed; she always answered every single question with understanding and patience. She keeps open and timely communication to allow for transparency and advises you with your best interests in mind. My bank that I deal with doesn't really have offices unless you happen to live in a high population area. So all my banking is usually by done mobile or drive thru. This location is in the plaza right along 22. Unlike other banks in the area it does not matter who you bank with and they will take a deposit. It's a newer branch and has all the conveniences. ATM is newer so no envelopes and no need to have to have a pen ready. Quick stop, some tapping on the screen, and I was on my way. It was a nice quick stop that kind of lead to me venturing further into the plaza to do a bit of shopping.
