Fantastic brewery! Parking is street and I believe two smalls lots with metor parking. When you walk into the brewery, you are greeted by morals on the wall from different artists. They are really neat to look at, and it gives the place character. We sat at the bar and were greeted by the sweetest bartender! We each ordered a sampler for $10, which is 4 samples. I had the bartender help me pick my four, and they did not disappoint!! All four I tried were really amazing! We didn't get any food. However, the menu did look delicious. read more

Love the hallway leading into this place with all the artwork painted all over the walls, very different. The beer is very good and even a couple of mixed drinks on tap which is nice. The logo is one of the best I've seen for a brewery, very original. My only complaint is when they have a live band it gets too loud to even talk to the person next to you. The owner is extremely nice and loves to interact with the customers. First time I was in here he was posting a picture of a drink special on social media and asked for my opinion on the best pic which he used. Nice little merch section, took home a pint glass the last time I was in for the collection at home. read more

One of my go to places for dark and interesting beers. A small but delicious menu with great French Onion Soup and the Smoked Brisket Mac & Cheese, and the Maple Bacon Crispy Brussel Sprouts all delicious. read more

Great beer - a really diverse selection. We enjoyed Sinful 4.0, Deception and a blonde ale. Too early for a meal so we ordered an Adult Lunchable - their version of a charcuterie - generous portions of cheese, salami, nuts and more. The menu features sandwiches and burgers - typical bar food. Don't miss the hallway art gallery - interesting wall murals. Friendly and accommodating staff. Something wicked is our favorite brewery in Hanover (don't tell the others ). They have an awesome variety of beers and guest taps. Their incessant debauchery is ever changing but always a favorite. We finally made it to their Bloody Mary brunch and it did not disappoint! It was an awesome deal and the add on options were on point. Interesting little place. The Fiendish IPA was quite tasty, but the coconut in the Chaos stout was too forward, or maybe it was just too weird for a long-time stout lover. The pretzel logs were very tasty, but they must have been warmed microwave instead of a toaster oven, because they quickly became very chewy. The dips were yummy! Otherwise, there was little to make a meal of for mostly plant-based pescatarians like us. Our server was nice! read more

Came here with my boyfriend and beer-loving uncle right before they closed. Definitely a creepy entrance? Almost feels like you're going through the beginning of a haunted house or some weird rollercoaster in Disney. Their bathrooms were clean and parking was easy to find. It's a cool, spacious place. Went here to have a couple beverages and got the sinful 2.0 and charity. I was delightfully surprised that I really enjoyed both of them. They were also both a very reasonable price and the service was good. They even changed to put the correct football game on for me which gets a couple extra points in my book. I would definitely go back again if I am in town. Only reason I took away one star is I am not all about the Halloween theme and it is a little confusing to get to. Once you enter the building you go through what seems like a maze almost before you get there. read more

Finished a job in Hanover and knew there were a couple of breweries in town. Decided to check out Something Wicked. Really glad I did. Great selection of brews. Guy behind the bar knew that I was never there before, and helped me select a brew. I only was going to have one because I had to drive home, but he let me sample a couple of there other beers. All good. Friendly atmosphere, cool place, and the greatest entrance into any Betty that I've ever been to. (Old Moose Lodge, and it was a maze to get back to it, but well worth it.) read more

Something Wicked is one of the up and coming craft brewers in Hanover. Out of the 4 (Aldus, Miscreation, Warehouse), Wicked is probably the best combination of ambiance and beer. The brewpub doesn't offer a whole lot as far as food as Warehouse but have smartly partnered with a local Italian place that will deliver there as well has have a few snacky things made in house. Their brewpub is the most modern of the competition with 8 or 9 rotating taps, including a nitro tap. They have their jukebox, tap rotation and social media feeds running on several large flat screens behind the bar. The jukebox uses an app you can download and select songs from your phone which is pretty nifty. The far wall is painted with several witty and apropos phrases and quotes about beer. Now on to the beer. I've had most of the beers they offer and there hasn't been a bad one in the bunch. Their Sinful IPA is fantastic for the citrus hop heads. Chaos is a fantastic coconut chocolate stout that's like a Mounds in a glass; great dessert beer. Penance is a solid coffee porter for those cold winter nights. And I'm not big on Kolsches but Virtue is probably the best one I've had. If you're not into beer, they usually have a locally brewed cider running as well as wine options. If you're not sure what you want, grab a sampler or ask any one of the friendly helpful staff for a taste before you buy a glass. The only downside I can say is that they didn't fill growlers but I think that's about to change since they were installing new brewing equipment over the holidays. We approached Something Wicked from the Broadway entrance. After walking thru several hallways that fortunately had signs pointing us in the right direction, we walked thru the door and into the brewery. I admit I'm not much of a beer drinker, so I was happy to see they offered mixed drinks "from the tap" that were pretty tasty. My bf had a flight and was very impressed by the IPA's and stouts. This place is my favorite craft brewery in the hanover area. The location has a lot of potential being downtown near other bars/restaurants.

These folks do not brew anything memorable, but what bothers me most is they will allow beers that they know aren't good to remain on their tap. On my first visit, I had a porter that had a nasty, sour (not intentionally) taste. I asked what appeared to be one of the brewers about it and he said, "Yeah, it's a little long in the tooth..." He offered to replace it but it was the last beer I was drinking. Didn't even take it off the bill. I lost all respect for this brewery that would knowingly sell beer that isn't good anymore. I came a second time due to a friend and got a citra IPA. My favorite hop but it tasted nothing like a citra IPA. It was replaced with a pale that was heavily malted. Not very good. However, they are nice so I added a star. read more

This is a cool little place. It may not be the most modern or trendy of the breweries in Hanover (based on a quick stop at Miscreation around the corner), but I hung out for several hours and had a great time. The employees were cheerful and on the ball. The Sinful IPA is delicious. This is definitely on my list of places to go back to the next time I'm in Hanover. read more

Great cozy brewpub. Very new, so there will likely be some changes in the coming months. Each table has a jar of pretzels, which was awesome. We didn't order any food, but some lite fare was available. As for the beers, we got a sampler of all 7 of their beers. The IPA and the Kolsch were some of the best I have had. Most of the other ones were tasty, though I didn't care for the dark IPA at all. Next time I'm in Hanover, we will absolutely be stopping here. read more

We visited this place after visiting Miscreation, so that probably influenced our experience here. They have good beer, but not great beer! We got a sampler and it was all right. I've had better IPAs before. Wasn't a fan of the chocolate coconut beer but then again that may be a personal taste bud thing! The place is cute and cozy, and I like the pretzels on the table. I'll try the place again when they have a different set of beers on tap to give it another shot! read more

Despite the limited hours, this microbrewery is worth a visit if you enjoy craft beer. They are producing a variety of craft beers of different styles--we sampled 7 beers on our visit, with the Brazen Brown Ale being the favorite. Love this place, great beer, high IPR, that has a great taste, but it all depends on your taste buds. Had 3 beers at 18$ and I was feeling pretty good, entrance of the bar is in the back, and the bar is a little small and about the size of bears den. It's a little darkish with 4 TVs. read more
