When we went, it wasn't super crowded either, which was nice! The best part was at night, when everything is lit up with beautiful light and colors!

I had read that Bakken was the oldest amusement park in the world, and I really wanted to visit…read morewhile we were in Denmark. We stopped by in early September, but they weren't open during the week. We saw other people go in a gate and we followed behind. We asked some kids if it was open, and they said it wouldn't be open until the weekend, but the grounds were open to the public. This was the first opportunity I've had to explore an empty amusement park, and it was enjoyable even without active rides. Honestly, even if there are no rides running, take some time to check this place out - and avoid the crowds lol!
