Now it's a arts center and it's so so gorgeous. I'm happy how they have converted it to a beautiful art center. And this year they used the spot that wasn't fully renovated as their first haunted House and it was so good! I love how the price to enter the haunted house was to either pay $5 bucks or a pound of dog food. I'm sad I didn't get to take many photos of the 1st Annual haunted house but I did get to meet el Padrino of San Luis Potosí with my nephew

All the buildings were refurbished keeping the original material and design. They have an Art Museum which features the surrealist artist Leonora Carrington, with art pieces that they are not only complex but espectacular. Monday's are free, just in case you want to save some pesos. They have a free tour guide for the old prison which runs every hour, so take this opportunity to hear from local experts on anything related to this historical place. Enjoy!
