Even upon reading some of the negative reviews that the stylist did a good job but not what the client wanted, I made an appointment based on some photos on their site. However: The only positive point is the stylists are friendly. But to pay $200 for a friendly stylist who does not do what you discussed together beforehand is a complete waste of money and time to say the least. And if covid precautions are of any concern I would not go here: the stations are too close together and crowded with stylists and clients, and there was no wiping down the chairs or surfaces in between clients --- only a temperature check upon arrival. But all that aside: Honest communication is key to any good relationship. What could be more clear than a photo of what is desired? The stylist led me to believe she could accomplish this yet I got something completely different (horrible color) and not the requested cut. When I expressed my displeasure and again showed her the photo of what we were suppose to accomplish, she made an attempt to correct it but the result was still not what was requested. Her response was we would try something different "next time." Again, the stylist was nice but to add insult to injury and be charged $200, and possibly have to pay more money to go elsewhere for a color correction (who wants to feel even more crummy during covid?) well you can be sure I will not be back nor will I recommend this salon to anyone else unless they want to be overcharged to be terribly disappointed. Thank goodness I didn't have a special event to attend.

I took my 4 year old there for a hair cut after school. She must have gotten some food in the ends…read more( as kids do) and instead of washing it, the hair dresser stood there for a good 5 minutes yanking my daughters hair with the comb to the point she was in tears. I finally said " can you just wash it"? Once the hair cut began, everything seemed fine. Until the end of the cut came to a sudden end...she didn't shape it, just cut literal straight snips across the back. At this point I was too upset and I didn't want my daughter to cry again so I just let it go. When we got home I took the ends to compare length and IT IS A MESS! And mind you my daughter sat still as a rock the entire cut. Not only was the lady clearly a terrible hair dresses, older with blonde hair, but she was rude to me from start to finish. Luckily there was a younger woman there with dark brown hair that kept coming over and talking to me and was very sweet. However, the only time I will be returning to this place is after work today for my money back.

I appreciated that she really took the time to look at the design and take a decent try at it. She didn't act annoyed or bothered. The lady who give the shoulder massage while you are drying is phenomenal! Make sure to tip her! I only gave four stars as I wouldn't get my nails (on my hand) done here, but only because I like/have acrylics. They don't do acrylics here...only gel manicures and paint. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love coming here for my pedicures.
