This place is SUUUUUPPPPER slow. After waiting in the drive thru for 15 mins without it moving at all, I parked and went inside. It's been 20 mins since I've ordered and I'm still sitting in here, waiting for my order. All I've heard is complaints about customers getting mad at them and complaints about a coworker being 20+ minutes late. Overall not professional at all and not a place that I'd enjoy taking my family to for a meal. I stopped by Sonics about a week ago had been meaning to post this review but got a little busy . Its so true what they say about customer service people will complain about every little thing right away. But seldom do they take the time to thank people for doing a great job, So my apologies... The food was really good I had a smash burger and fries , I had to try the picklerita slush .. it was pretty darn good perfect for a hot day. But the best part to be honest was the young man who helped me with my order. I was greeted by Isaac in the drive thru , he was super nice even when I told him that my phone had just died and couldn't unlock my credit card I was stressing out but he was so kind and told me he would try it anyway luckily it was unlocked and I was able to pay for my order . He was super cool about the situation even though he was very busy and trying to get the line moving . He really made my day with his kindness. I will definitely be back Thank you Issac read more

Worst Sonic we've ever been to. They did not give us the toast included in the chicken dinner, didn't put the lime I paid extra for in my drink, didn't give us the sauces we requested, and their mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them. On top of that they're super slow. read more

This Sonic location is poorly ran. For starters, you have employees running back and forth from customers cars back to the restaraunt with no care to check if cars are coming into the drive thru. Secondly, Im trying to understand how it took over 10 minutes to have my order ready when I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. Finally, $54 later when I arrived at home to feed my family, I come to find out my order was completely wrong. I ordered 3 corndog meals and got hamburgers with fries instead if tater tots. What a complete failure of service. I highly dont recommend this establishment and wont be supporting this local business like I do with other establishments in Beaumont. read more

Just a potential customer observation. Saturday, January 11th around 11am. We tried to come here to get some food and drinks, unfortunately there was some kind of a car show going on in the parking lot. Every single order stall was full, not with customers but with spectators. Was unable to park anywhere. What was even worse, these classic car insurance goons brought their own food and drinks and wouldn't even patronize the Sonic they used to sell their paper forms. If your sales were off a bit this day, it was because these jerks made a mess of your lot and didn't even purchase your food or drinks. We went to farmer boys because of this. read more
