I had a terrible experience at this Sonic location. I ordered a simple meal, and within hours I became extremely sick with clear signs of food poisoning. This was the only food I had eaten that day, so I know it came from here. The food tasted off, but I didn't think much of it until the symptoms started. No one expects to get sick from a fast-food stop, but this was unacceptable. I'm very disappointed in the quality, food handling, and overall care. Placed an order through the app, sat patiently in the stall waiting for delivery. After about 20 minutes, a carhop approached with an order that wasn't mine. After 30 minutes, I got out of the car and spoke with someone who identified herself as the manager, she said "I just got here," said "We're so backed up right now," and "I can't tell you if it's going to be 5 minutes or 20 minutes." By the time we hit the 1 hour mark of waiting, another member of my party (a male this time) approached the same manager, who also told him "I just got here" then apparently checked the inside counter, where our order had been sitting in a bag for who knows how long. He asked for a refund and was given a customer service 800 number to call. The good news is, when we got home, the order was (sort of) correct. Sonic is one of my favorite places. However this is by far the worse location. Each time I visit I have to assume that the wait time will be minimum 10 min regardless of what I order. I don't usually write reviews but tonight was unbelievable. I go through the drive-through for a small ice cream cone ($1.29) and drive up to wait for my ice cream. I sat and waited and waited. I saw the carhops go in and out taking out orders. After about 13 min., a carhop comes out with a bagged order for the vehicle behind me. That's when I left. I guess my little order was not worth their time. I gave this location a try because it is near my home but I've had to leave numerous times for rudeness over intercom and wrong orders. We pulled up to the drive thru, a woman asked if she could help us and we placed our order. After we said our order we sat, waiting for someone... anyone to say something in acknowledgment of us placing an order. My husband even said "hello," but with no reply we hesitated as we pulled forward to sit and wait in the drive thru. We sat for at least 5 minutes. A carhop then came out and asked what we ordered as multiple cars behind us left. Apparently, no one inside ever took our order. So, the carhop came out to get our order for the second time. We offered to pay for our food, but the carhop told us this one was on the house. That was an amazing way to turn around the terrible service we'd initially received. When the order came out, it was wrong. Only one item was correct in our order. That was one of the drinks. All of the food items were incorrect. I'd recommend going to a different Sonic, sadly this was always a favorite of mine when we lived in the area. read more
