I would never recommend this place to anyone and would almost go as far as going out of my way to keep people from coming here. The experience is absolutely horrendous! I could go to a Resturaunt, be seated, have my order taken, and have my food brought to me before this sonic could even produce ONE BASIC BURRITO! This sonic would have so many more customers if the employees weren't ghetto, slow, and lazy. Absolutely not reason it should take 20-30 minutes to get a single burrito ESPECIALLY when I'm the only person in the drive through much less the only customer there! read more

I was passing through and decided to stop at this Sonic, and unfortunately didn't have the best experience. The lady that took my order was passive aggressive and had an attitude the entire time. Food was fresh, but I was missing an order of fries and my sauces. When I asked for the sauces I ordered, I got an eye roll and a sigh. Lord help this place. Me and my wife hate this sonic..... HATE!! If you ordered ice they'd give you water... we ordered 3 drinks and a milkshake. Every. Single. Thing. WAS WRONG! I had friends that worked here in highschool.. it was great and they knew what they were doing! Used the Sonic App to Pre order. Checked in as soon as we pulled in. Ordered two drinks & a corn dog. It took them 30+ minutes to complete our order. Even after we pushed the red button to ask what was taking so long fifteen minutes in. And they were out of Dr Pepper on top of it all. I used to eat here quite a lot, almost once a week. But now I would much prefer to drive an extra 20 minutes to get better food. The quality has gone down and the order is almost always wrong so my friends and I always guess what's gonna be wrong or missing before we get our food. We stopped in for a quick bite to eat, Sonic Blast and Milkshake, double Cheeseburger etc., waiting time was next to nothing, our food was delivered to us quickly and we were able to pay using their credit/debit card upgrade out at the car side menu. All people were pleasant as well as polite and one even used his own phone to give us directions to a place we had come to that town to visit so with that said it reminded me of my youth when young people worked those jobs and were well groomed and polite and did their jobs the best they could no matter what. I'll no doubt return there again for those reasons every time I pass through that town since we do a lot of business out that way as is.. Never had a bad experience here till today. Order online, was suppose to receive order around 8:15pm. Waited about 15mins, watching the screen saying my order was being made in the kitchen. 5mins later the screen changed saying my order was coming. Waited another 10mins, still have not received my order. Talked to the employees and had to tell them that I'm waiting for my order still. The employee asked me what my order was, told them my order, said it would be right out. Waited another 10mins, NEVER received my order. Asked for a refund, got no explanation on when I was or how I was gonna be refunded. 45mins I waited just to receive no food. Will never come to this sonic again! read more

So I hate to write this, but yesterday I went to Sonic and order my kids ice cream blast on the app. When we got to the window the lady explained that they didn't have ice cream and I would need to contact Sonic to get my money back. I called them and all they would do is give me is a coupon for a free shake with any purchase. How does that seem right. I lose money and only way to get my money back is to go back and buy something. read more

Horrible!!!! Would LOVE number to put in a complaint. Sat at window for 15 min and watched 4 employees stand around taking and laughing as the drive thru piled up. Never greeted us at all. One of the ladies only had socks on. After another 5 min...we left. This is not the first time. The service is atrocious and I refuse to go back until it is corrected. Where do I even begin with this review....came here last night, not the first time we've been but it was just a mess. Waited about 30 min in the drive through line while the employee at the window tried to give us the wrong order, twice! After she again gave us our total, we explain we had already paid at the window machine and it was showing in our acct. She stated she could try to run the card again, which we were weary about but agreed to. She said their card machine would not authorize our card again, maybe because it had already been charged?! She then proceeded to ask if we had another form of payment or if she wanted us to cancel our order. Not wanting to have to worry about disputing two bank accts if they messed up again, we told them to cancel the order and she gave us a copy of the receipt showing the order was canceled. Today my fiancé is going to be going in to speak with a manager or someone in charge to request a refund and because our experience last night was ridiculous, and we like Sonic. It's our favorite place to go while in East Bernard, but now we're not so sure we'll be going back. read more

After our terrible and disappointing inWharton, this Sonic totally rocked and the young woman who was there was awesome. We ordered 25$ worth of food including chicken and corn dogs and everything was timely, fresh, and correct!!! She got a good tip and deserved it! My kid was so happy to get her 9am chicken! read more
