We came through and placed our order, and it was wrong, imagine that?!! But when I called because the Super Sonic Burrito I ordered was a bacon burrito. The Manager questioned me "bacon???" I said yes bacon. He said I could come back now if I was in the area, I said I am not, I just got to work. He said that they only swap out the food at the time of the mistake. When I told him that I was at work now and cannot leave, he said they could mail me a coupon. I asked if I could come back tomorrow to get the right one, and he said no. What the actual F%#k?!!! I just moved up here. and my experience was horrible, i order a LG Dr.p and a LG mozz and was even asked would you like any in the bag and I said yes, please a marinara for my mozzarella sticks. moved up the two cars behind me got their order witch is fine I know you hop stuff out what wasn't fine is not only was my drink messed up and I was charged $.50 for vanilla. I asked for marinara and never got it so I said hey when you have a chance, when you go back can you get me a marinara and he had an attitude and said we charge for it but it's fine. I said well I asked for it. then when he gave me the marinara said do me a favor and don't come back. It's a decent Sonic, I just dislike the entrance and traffic of the area. I find it is sometimes a challenge to get in and out. Service is decent, and food is as you would expect for a fast food spot. It's as advertised - good for a quick bite to eat. Man, I do love their Tots and Cherry Lime Aid drink though - they almost bump it up to a 4. They alone really make this review a virtual 3.5! read more

The food I got was delicious. It was my go to breakfast the Jr. Bacon Breakfast Burrito and small tator tot. For lunch/dinner I get the Jr. Frito Burrito and Tator tot. The service is going to depend on who's working and the time of day you go. But it's never horrible just sometimes can be slower so be patient. I love that I can just sit in my car and listen to my music while waiting. The best part the order online for free and discounted items! Ohh and if you go in the morning that's the best time to go because Kara and Mel are amazing and will make your morning that much better! read more

Ordered family dinner at drive thru yesterday. Drive thru at this location is always prompt/accurate .. and servers are very friendly/courteous. Food is okay for fast food. Yesterday was no exception. Asked server Michelle if I could add a tip to my credit card payment as I didn't have cash on me. Came here to get two drinks, waited over 10 minutes and one employee walked up to our car twice asking if what he had in his hand was ours. It was not. Then when we got our drinks my husband got the wrong one and we had to sit even longer to get the correct drink. And they added too much cream into mine. read more

I've been here several times and the wait is always horrendous. But today was all time low for Sonic. First off, there was trash everywhere in the parking lot. And second, I ordered a large ocean water with light ice, expecting to use apple pay like I have before. The lady comes out with it and tells me it's 1.88$ and when i said i was using apple pay she rudely says "well we don't accept that." so i explained it was my only way of paying and she goes "Oh well. Sorry." and hits my car whenever she turns around to walk away. I called for her to come back by saying excuse me, ma'am and she just kept storming off. I've tried calling several times now to see if they would like to rectify this situation but clearly Sonic is not a fan of good customer service. What she SHOULD have done was tell me I could use the drive thru, because i know for a fact they take apple pay. I genuinely have no idea what the hell her problem was because I was super nice the whole time. Either way you should never treat someone like that. If there is a scratch on my car from where she hit it, i will be filing a report. Will never come back. read more

Sonic has really gone downhill in general, but this location disappointed me so much. I restarted my order three times because the idiot lady taking orders was not getting it right. Finally, it was repeated back to me correctly and I said okay an because they were busy had an above average wait time. I was then brought the wrong order. When I told the carhop I stated the order three times and it was still wrong he says oh I'm sorry here's your total.... no offer for fixing it, nothing. Just pay for your wrong order and eat it or don't. We ate as much as we could if the overcooked, nasty food. It was not worth the hassle of dealing with original idiot order taker or waiting another above average wait time for gross food so that was fifteen bucks thrown away and we ended up at Taco Bell's drive thru. I would avoid all Sonics but this location was especially subpar. read more

I dont understand what happened... Ive been here three times since i found it less than a year ago. First time i got the burger and it was amazing. fresh, perfectly cooked and still piping hot when i got home to eat it (less than 5 minutes away) i couldnt believe i had found a decent fast food place, especially a sonic which are usually terrible. The last two times ive been it has tasted like the burger meat was sitting out for like 30 minutes. it is not hot at all and about to throw away most of it. all of the toppings are soggy and smashed in and clearly they made this like an hour before i ordered it. its absolutely disgusting. i just dont understand how this could happen... i thought i had found a hidden gem fast food place in St louis but now it just tastes like the rest. luke warm and crappy. the meat is burnt on the edges. clearly there are two types of sonic workers. ones that care and ones that dgaf. this is so sad to me. i just want a freshly made burger that is still hot and fresh when i eat it... i feel so badly for the terrible workers that made me dinner tonight because they deserve to be fired and probably/hopefully will soon. my chicken sandwich is still hot. why is the burger not still hot. side note: the chicken sandwich is disgusting. its exactly like a dollar menu item from mcdonalds... Did not have good food experience. My grilled chicken sandwich was soooo rubbery and tiny bit of toppings including limp lettuce and tomato. Gave our dog some chicken strips and she has soft stools today. Service was very good and they wore gloves (hoping they are changing and washing hands frequently). Hamburger was so-so too. Ordered two Mini Blasts, less than $6.00. Swiped my card at the drive-in box, waited 10 minutes after the computer said I was approved. When all of a sudden a very distracted and upset girl roller-bladed to my car. Upon her arrival I greeted her politely and said "thanks"! She read my total to me (keep in mind she was holding my completed receipt on her tray). I started to speak, to let her know that I had already paid, she interrupted and said: "You already paid didn't you...ok here is your copy" (she rolls her eyes). I smile at her to hopefully encourage her with my non-verbals. She responds with "Ugh, anyway, I don't even care. Have a good day." She then roller-bladed into the path of a moving vehicle and she stopped. I'm assuming she wanted to be hit, because she sat there for a few moments. Her life was spared and she skated back onto the sidewalk into the safety of her burger making nightmare. I used to love Sonic Burgers. They were like the old fashion real beef grilled burgers. I probably won't have another one after tonight. I just got home and unwrapped the absolute worst burger I have ever eaten. The meat was hard, way over done, and very dry. I don't think they are even the same kind of burgers that Sonic used to sell. It definitely tasted like frozen meat substitute patties. The toppings were barely there and they were not fresh. I am really disappointed. There is so much on the menu that I guess it's quantity over quality. The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant area itself was clean. read more

I've stopped by several times on the weekend, each time for a drive thru visit. I was ordering for several people and the order came out correctly and quickly each time. It can kinda stink getting out of the parking lot when traffic at the light backs up. Turn left out of the lot and you can go around rather than wait. read more

The last couple of times I have been to this location, any car lane I went to, the card reader has not worked. It's a little frustrating considering the majority of people use debit/credit cards, you should make sure the paying source is working efficiently. Also, today I got their new 'Classic chicken sandwich' and it was not fresh at all and didn't have much flavor. It was very very bland. The workers have always been very nice and friendly though, which you don't see often enough anymore in fast food places, but they do rush sometimes and don't always remember to bring your condiments or extras that you ask for. But, even though the workers are very friendly the food that they serve at THIS location has been abysmal lately. I hope they step it up soon, because I love the food at other Sonic locations, but this one is the closest to me. read more
