We visit this Sonic location after a quick morning workout. At Sonics, you drive into a covered parking spot, stay in your car and holler into a scratchy order box. Or just order using their app or web site or drive through. Today, the weather is not so hot and we decided to eat our burgers at the table instead inside our car! A few of order station needs order panel repair or replacement! We ordered a Sonic Cheeseburger and a SuperSonic Bacon Double Cheeseburger with fries and soft drink. The order was prepared in timely matter and a sweet young lady bring out our food with smile! The burgers were fine and fries were crunchy. Everything is in order! My boyfriend and I went through the drive-through yesterday (5/23/25) at 6:30pm and were spoken to very condescendingly by one of the female workers in regard to me ordering from the passenger seat. She told me that the next time I come through the drive-through to relay my order to my boyfriend and have him order it from the driver seat. I then responded saying that I have never been told that in my 33 years, but respectfully accepted her critique...along with my boyfriend. But as we drove away we realized just how rude and unnecessary her attitude and comment was. Especially with how kind we were and respectful. The interesting part was that she made my boyfriend repeat his order, but after I leaned over him to put in my drink order she was able to repeat it back perfectly. Zero issues. So, clearly she heard me well. As an educator, I know how to project my voice pretty well I'd say. Therefore, her correction toward me felt personal and extremely uncalled for. Especially the way she said it. Sonic should really monitor how their employees treat their customers...because I will not be going back. Which, is unfortunate because I have been a frequent customer for years and live close by. I hope this young lady learns some manners moving forward. read more

My wife mentioned how she wanted the ice cream, they said the machine was broken and we need to call corporate to get a refund even though they sold us our order that all of it was wrong. Even if the product they sold you isn't what they said it was. My wife didn't have it in her to mention false advertising. They even mentioned oh we know about that location... I visited this location several days ago on 3/24. It was apparently just not a good day to get Sonic! I ordered through the app and the order came out rather quickly after my arrival. Got home only to discover that I was missing one of the burgers that I had ordered. We didn't touch any of the food. Drove back and asked for the order to be remade since everything else would be cold by the time we got home the 2nd time. They remade the order which was correct the 2nd time. However, they did not give us any of the sauces/ketchup/etc that we had requested in the initial order. The food was fresh and ok. Just would have been better with the missing condiments. She was already showing some attitude but it wasn't much of a problem to me. I brought my daughter to their drive in for an afterschool snack and decided to splurge a bit with nastalgia and treat myself to a corn dog. Christopher delivered mymorder to the car and went back inside with my card. My little lady devoured her meal... I on the other hand took a bit of my corndog there I was so anxiously awaiting for onky to find it to be old crusty and dry. Christopher was walking back and I thought about asking for another but I didn't want to be "that guy". Fortunately I didn't have to. Christopher was "that guy" who went above and beyond. He took one look at the corndog in my hand and without hessitate said "sir, please allow me to get you a fresh corndog". YES!! Thank you Christopher for the world class service. Not only did I get a fresh corn dog but he also hooked me up with a token for a free limeade in the future for the wait. This is the type of people I love to work with and be around. Just shocked at this point by the interaction my family had today here. We come here at least once a week, and r love the drive in style and haven't had any issues for idk how many months , maybe even a few years, we have been coming until today. For starters, I feel so bad for the poor boy who had to keep running back and forth with our incorrect order so many times. He came back and said we would have to be charged for an entire new order even though the manager made a mistake and put the wrong order in. When he came back out a third time , I requested a copy of the voided transaction for my records and they could not produce one. He did in fact have the correct fry and drink size this time so I have the drink with us and I wait to check all the items before he goes back. I open our chillie cheese coney dog that should have light toppings, I opened the item infront if the worker and we both were shocked. It was drenched in toppings and instead of packing the bag sideways like normal, she just placed things in the bag and the chillie and cheese was stuck to the side of the paper tray and you could tell it was old now and not vm hot. I asked the worker if he would eat this himself and he laughed and said no. When he came out a forth time, he said the mananger said they could not remake the hot dog even though it was incorrect and the toppings weren't even on the hot dog and spilled everywhere....it's just a hot dog, I'm sure it takes a minutes to get ready. I clicked the order button again hoping to speak directly with the manager and she was not helpful, I even offered to just void out my transaction and any family and I would just leave to make her day easier since she was refusing to make the right food for us. Took me a while to even wrap my head around ordering something cause everything looked good and it was cheap compared to Canadian fast food places. I ended up order a Chili Cheese Coney and a large lime-ade. The coney was alright, not my style of food but it was decent and uh lime-ade was huge. Thought it would have not line flavor to it since there were actual like wedges in there. The service was fast and super friendly. It's pretty amazing that you don't have to leave your car at all. Ordered two Philly cheese steaks and got one single patty burger, about 1/4 pound and one totally tiny burger. Ordered chili cheese tater tots and got plain. Their order online menu does not have the prices on it. What's up with that? My receipt did not show the individual prices for the items I ordered. Never mind that I got the wrong items. Customers deserve to know what the prices are and what they paid for each item. Their ice cream Blizzard clone is mostly tasteless. Didn't get happy hour price because used drive through instead of the app. Don't know what the price was and can't find out. If you don't order with the app you will pay full price. What I had ordered was chicken fingers which didn't look anything like chicken and hamburger on toast which was cold. All the food was cold like it was sitting there for hours.
