Always takes forever. Drinks are never as good as other sonics. Service is normally very polite just slow.

Car hop said oh, they didn't mark the diet one". I asked for a remake and she just looked at me and said, I think that one is diet." Should have offered a replacement diet drink. Oooooo! Do I like Sonic! The food is great but happy hour is the best! The service can be a little slow at times but it doesn't last long. The ambiance is cool I just wish they still wore roller skates at least in the summertime. If you have never gone the check them out. Happy Hour is 2-5pm and again at 5-7am I think. Great service every time I have been, Its close to home so I go often lol. Always pretty fast, great food and is always right.

The last 3 times i tried this place i drove off... All this management needs fired FAIL! When you order an ocean water and it takes 15 minutes and still nobody comes out you deserve to close because your establishment has no passion and no longer cares about its patrons. read more

UPDATE 06/2018......NO MORE CHICAGO DOGS....they took them off the menu!....too bad, they were delicious....dropped my review down to 3 stars, just average , nothing special here..... I have been going to sonic for many many many years. I have I have never in my life had such nasty food and nasty drinks. The waiters and waitresses are extremely rude and very hateful. I got an ocean water and it was just water down with a tad bit of flavoring like it was nasty. I'm so disappointed because I used to love sonic me and my husband will go on our little dates at night and sit there and have ice cream but whoever the manager is who am I spoke to I think the ladies name was Taylor? She was extremely rude with me and very entitled acting. I don't appreciate that at all. I'm going to call corporate and complain about her. The waitresses in the waiters are just horrific. My husband actually got food poisoning from there and so did my cousin. They need new management before the place closes down for good. I'm just very disappointed that the manager was that rude with me and noncompliant. The lady should be ashamed of herself being so rude. She was extremely hateful and when I told her about the drinks she made up some lame excuses and wouldn't even give me a free coupon for the next visit. Food is decent. I go for mainly half price drinks. However, if you order a drink, always check it before you leave. 50/50 chance it's probably wrong. The employees also seem like they'd rather be anywhere else than at work too. read more

I go to Sonic in Harrisburg almost everyday. Sometimes I just get a drink or a drink and a corndog. Today I went there, ordered a drink. Sat there and waited. People pulled in beside me. 15 minutes after I ordered the car hop brings out drinks to the people next to me. Nothing for me! I drove off! This place needs new management! I have gotten cold corn dogs, BBQ sauce instead of gravy for my chicken strips, then when they brought the gravy, finally, it was so runny that I couldnt eat it! Out of fustration I threw it away! I like this sonic restaurant. I recommend all of there burgers. Their classic chicken breast sandwich is also great. I like the way they dress a burger up. Be aware that their larger burgers require a very hungry appetite! Their burger meat is much better tasting than McDonalds! Of course they have an endless selection of beverages! Service is usually quick! They do fill up with customers at meal time so be advised! read more
