This place is a joke and the people that work there are incompetent. I ordered $35 dollars worth the ice cream for my family. Ordered a shake with no whip cream no cherry. It came out with whip cream that had cherry sauce on it lmao. When the car hop originally came out she brought me an empty drink carrier. Asked where the ice cream was she said I'll be right back and came back with straws lol. Can't make this stuff up. Once I finally got the ice cream the order was wrong and the rest of the ice creams were completely melted. All the manager could say is we are sorry and it's hot and the ice cream melts in the heat. Was just at this location -- sat in my car at stall #8, for 10 full minutes after pushing the red order button. No one ever responded. I thought at first it was because they were busy, until a car pulled into the stall next to me, pressed their order button, and were *IMMEDIATELY* answered. It was one star until the last bell hop was nice..... my dang cheese burger was wrong asked them to please fix it and then they asked me to call the button and then Lauren was real rude and repeated my order back and said that's now how you said it when my receipt clearly said what I asked for. I have been going to Sonic here in Heber Springs for years, when Ricky and Cindy ran it it was great. The last couple of months have been awful. I go on my lunch break daily and usually order the same thing. for at least the last last month and a half they can't get an order right to save their lives. The receipts I get are correct so I can only guess that their line cooks can't read, either that or they are hiring ex-McDonald's employees. They can't get an order right either, which is why they have not received a penny of my money in 35 years. if Sonic does not start teaching their cooks to read they will not receive any of my money either. read more

This might be the best Sonic, other than my hometown Sonic (which I can't write a review about until I eat there again, but that might be another few years), I've been too. I was introduced (via some strange craving) to the delights of a chili burger here and they still make the best Sonic chili burger I've had. The fries are usually crisp, the staff prompt and nice, and the drinks cold. If you are in Heber and need a quick bite, you can't go wrong at this Sonic. read more

We used to have the best Sonic in the surrounding counties. I don't know if they changed cooks or what but it's not as good as it used to be. It's Sonic. You get what you get. The onion rings are humongous. You either get them too hot or too cold. The tots USED to be crispy on the outside and hot and soft on the inside. I don't get them anymore because they last few times I've gotten them they were cold, greasy, and soggy. They USED to have a good dollar menu. They've gone up on their prices. They charge .50 for cheese. Sliced American. Nuff said. Corn dogs are supposed to be, uh I like mine crispy on the outside, I know some want crust to be more cake like. At any rate, it should be hot and the hot dog part should not be cold. Well it is UNLESS you ask for it to be well done. Most fast food make a fortune off fountain drinks. At this sonic you barely get enough ice to cool down your drink. I always ask for extra ice. One of their big selling points is their ice. Who doesn't love Sonic Ice. They list it on the menu board for 1.99 for I think 5lbs but I might be wrong. The last couple of times I ordered some I was told that "it's just too hot to sell ice today, ma'am. I'm just sorry but no ice" okaaaaaay. Sorry I didn't realize you thought I wanted a pint of blood too. The slushes are great and the molten lava cake is good too! The service is great and I've found that a lot of times the person who takes my order delivers it as well. read more
