I get it and its lumpy instant mashed potatoes, burnt tasting instant gravy, the driest beef you've ever had DISPITE the gravy, and the bread was like slime on the bottom of the beef like it had been sitting like that all day. When I asked for an exchange the older lady told me no and that she could sell me something else though. I declined. When I got home I realized I hadn't been clear about why I wanted an exchange and called to see if I could get a refund. The younger lady picked up the call and told me straight up rather rudely that "they dont do refunds" and then hung up on me. Honestly I dont think they will ever be getting my business again as they were incredibly rude and dismissive the entire time. 0/10 they are only known for ice cream for a reason.
