Kason a young man was helpful engaging and when he announced the orders he had a calm pleasant voice. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I don't remember any music, so it wasn't too loud. I loved the patty melt with rye bread, cheese and grilled onions. The only complaint is that the bread is so thin that the sandwich is disproportioned. My husband had the hotdog but he would have preferred a bun. So often these fast food places have employees who don't care, and can be downright rude, Freddy's people really stand out for excellent service.
