There are two Sonics in town. This is the worse one. The servers look like lot lizards, the wait time is so bad you may as well have gone to a place with seating and the lot is narrow and hard to navigate, and you'll be navigating a lot to find an ordering monitor that works. I stopped a week ago to grab shakes since they are half price. One cup was leaking all over the drink holder and made a mess on the way home. All of them were melted and didn't taste good. I counted 26 minutes after I noticed it was taking a while. Decided to give it another shot last night. Once again, it was taking forever. The carhop wasn't friendly. Handed us the shakes and walked off. Lots of condensation on the cops and the whipped cream was melted and warm. I pushed the button to get another made but waited and nobody answered. Finally left. Waited 12 minutes for someone to take order when I finally caught someone's attention. She said that screen wasn't working. She literarily walked by me three times. I clicked the red button waited for my order to be taken and it said the call button was activated and they will be right with me then the screen reset after 20 minutes of me waiting and told me to click the red button after multiple people left that pulled up after I did!! Sonic food is NOT worth waiting that long for as it is then the workers were rude and said we didn't wait long enough when we called to let them know our experience! read more

Wait time was absolutely ridiculous. Got the shakes, they were made wrong and had to get them fixed. Seriously I'm not understanding the difficulty in getting orders correct and out in a timely manner. For how long we waited for 3 drinks, while others around us got orders before us and to come out wrong, unacceptable and needs to be fixed! read more

When we ordered our food the server came out with it and tried hanging us a wet, disgusting bag that had our food in it so we told her we would not take it like that. She said she would go fix it after trying to say the pink liquid covered on the bag was water and also forgot our sauce. We got our drinks and were waiting and noticed we had no straws and then I noticed that the blue raspberry nerd slush I had ordered was actually just a cup full of white crushed ice. To replace the bag of our food it took 15 minutes, then when we had to tell her that the Sri i was wrong and she yet tried making up another lie so she was going to get me the right drink I had ordered and it took 20 more minutes so after being there for an hour for the ordered to be messed up twice, I'd say a bad review. read more

This is my guilty pleasure when I am in Poplar Bluff. The Chicago dog is wonderful and I am a sucker for sweet tea.
