I waited FIFTEEN MINUTES in the drive thru today and finally reached the order window. The cashier then puts me on hold for a few minutes (in hindsight, this was ridiculous). Then the cashier girl tells me they are no longer accepting any drive thru orders, they are taking mobile only orders. THE AUDACITY! There were a line of cars behind me too. This place is totally incompetent and mismanaged, I will never go back again. Ordered online. Pull up to the mobile pickup, no service. Pull up to the order kiosk, they say they are drive thru only. 2 cars ahead of me, 20 minute wait. So naturally my food sat getting grimy for that 20 minutes. If you can't staff enough to operate normally just close. read more

Went around 8:45 pm for ice cream with our pup in the backseat. Pulled up to the drive up spots and saw only 2/10 were open (and occupied), the others were all coned off. Ok, not a great start, but not the worst. Opted for drive through with 2 cars in front of us. Waited 15+ minutes until we were able to even pull up to the screen to order. While sitting at the window waiting to pay I noticed the girl making milkshakes has a red bucket next to the machine that has a rag in it that she uses to wipe off every milkshake that is running down the sides. She never washes her hands or wears gloves. She also had someone hand her a cell phone, looked something up, handed it back, wiped her hands on pants, and went right back to making milkshakes. As I was pulling into a park & order spot, I saw a note taped to the ordering sign, at the same time a sonic waitress was walking just 5 feet or so from me, I rolled down the window, she looked at me and I asked her, is this ordering spot out of service? She flat out ignored me, looked away and continued walking? We pulled up to another working ordering spot and ordered crispy tenders, Jr. deluxe cheeseburgers and 2 slushies. The crispy chicken tenders were ok, Chik-fil-a is still the KING of fast food chicken! The Jr deluxe cheeseburger buns looked and felt dry flakey and not fresh. We literally stayed at the window for upwards of 10 minutes with no explanation. They ignored us and carried food out to the people behind us. Will probably never order from here again. This place used to be great when it first opened, now it seems like their employees just don't care. I ordered a large strawberry tea, 8 count mozzarella sticks & 3 chicken sandwiches with lettuce & mayo. The only thing right about my order was my drink. They gave me 6 mozzarella sticks even though I paid & was charged for 8 & they gave me plain chicken sandwiches without any condiments. I ordered food in the drive thru. Went home realized the chicken sandwich was missing I called the store and they said it was sitting on the counter. They said I can drive the 20 minutes back to get it. I asked if I can come another time and they said they would mail a coupon. I got an email that said they would send me a cheeseburger coupon. I told them it was a chicken sandwich and never heard anything from them again. I have contacted the corporate comments and nothing. So my advice is to check your bag before you pull away. My first visit to this location. VERY long wait in drive thru. I was 5th in line & cars 2 & 3 pulled out & left. After finally getting to the window and paying, I should have questioned the order because it sounded more expensive than I was expecting. After driving away, I later found that they had entered a larger size of cheddar poppers (very good) than what I ordered. We have pretty much given up on sonic. Sunday night was our last visit. We went through the drive thru. The order was simple a cheese burger meal and two hot dogs and a milk shake. To start the drink lid was not on and the drink spilled in my lap. No help from the worker in the window. Then when got to the food the two hot dogs were cold of course they had to be because they weren't even chooked. Raw hot dogs. The two dogs were actually one foot long that they broke into two pieces. Not cut, broken in two pieces. The burger was also cold. The last part of the meal, the shake, was supposed to be Chocolat. It seemed to be just the base mix, nob actual flavor. Total waste. Just not edible. To many other restaurants need support now to waste our money on sonic. read more

I used to really enjoy coming to this Sonic. Lately, the facility appears to be falling apart with little effort on upkeep. Worse, the service has fallen apart as well. Long wait times at the drive-thru and associates that don't seem to prioritize performing their job over social discussions while customers wait at the drive-thru window with money in hand. If it happened once, I could simply write it off as a bad transaction or poor employee. It has happened the last three times I have gone there. The manager was apologetic and claims to know that there is work to be done. Hopefully she can pull it together. I won't be returning to this facility in the foreseeable future. read more

Order a hotdog and milkshake, after waiting 20minutes I pressed the button again to ask how long my order would be incase they might of forgot it. The lady on the speaker rudely responded saying "it'll be out when it's ready" and hung up on me. After another 15 minutes I went up to the building the cancel my order because waiting 35 minutes for a hotdog and milkshake makes no sense. The manager took another 5 minutes to cancel my order and return the money into my card, when leaving I asked why did it take so long when she replied "f*** off". I wish I had the option of ZERO STARS. Service is worse than poor. When relaying your order they interrupt you with questions. If they would just listen they would get all the information for the order. I can't imagine anyone who can't place a fast food order competently. THEN when you try to correct errors in your order (which you had to repeat several times due to all the interruptions) they blow you off. Finally your order arrives through a small miracle, 15 minutes later, its STILL WRONG annnnnd, shockingly stone cold. If you choose to go, and I don't recommend it, do NOT pay until the "food" is delivered, you've verified its accuracy, and are satisfied the food is palatable. I would give it negative 5 stars if I could. Ordered 2 coney dogs with mustard and onions,cheeseburger and fries. Received my order and fries were cold , cheeseburger screwed up and hotdogs had no mustard and onions and the hot dogs were place sideways in the bag so the chili and cheese came off and were on the bottom of the bag. The receipt no longer has the store phone number nor the managers name on it . I looked up the number and spoke to a girl who called herself the manager . She never apologized nor offered to make it right. When I asked to speak to someone in charge she said I am in charge and the G.M. Oversees to many stores to be bothered. No wonder Chik-Fila has a line around the building all day long and at sonic if they get 3 cars in the drive thru they are in all out panic mode . I am amazed they are still open. I agree with comments below. This isn't the first bad experience so I would have also thought maybe a bad day for employees... They weren't that busy to start with. Employees just hanging around talking. Had to wait about three minutes from the time I pressed the button to place my order but that wasn't before I was about to pull away thinking maybe its broke... Finally was able to place my order. I asked for extra ketchup, not once but twice. (Done that many times before and never once do I ever get it)... Received my food. Lady walked inside. Seen there was no ketchup. Got out of my car to go to the door to ask for ketchup. Several people seen me inside bit ignored me. While standing there I watch a worker blow her nose behind the counter. Fingers up the nose and all!!!! Then she is the one to come outside and ask what I want. I said to her, after you wash your hands can I please have some ketchup. She rolls her eyes at me and goes inside to the sink (right by the window where I see her). She turns the water on. Puts her fingers in and out within two seconds (at most) and comes out with my ketchup. No soap. No scrubbing. Nothing!!! I was so sicken I wastes my food. Still seriously considering calling the health board! If they don't know how to wash their hands, my food isn't safe, I'm sure. read more
