Beans are of the baked variety, a little runny, a little sweet with some onions, and they include some brisket in the beans. Two flavors of sauce, one thin and slightly spicy (I loved it, but it's probably a little on the hot side for your average customer) and another somewhat thicker sauce with a sort of smokey / molasses type vibe that had very good flavor. The dining room and restrooms are very simple but also very clean. While the prices are quite reasonable, they do charge $1 if you ask for an extra plate to share. If I rated the restaurant on the ribs alone, I would give 4 or possibly 5 stars. However, I want to reserve judgment until I've tried more of their menu items and meat choices. Interior: the entire hotel was very clean and had a nice appearance. I utilized the board room for classes and it was the perfect size as well as clean. The breakfast area was always clean. It is a little confusing as there is a "bar" area to the left of the entrance that has juice and coffee available. I wasn't sure I could go back there, but the staff let me know it was perfectly fine. Room: the room was far more spacious than I expected and very clean. It was exceptionally comfortable for both working and relaxing. The only complaint I have is that the walls were pretty thin. I could hear the running feet from the floor above me and once in a while, heard others from above. There were just enough power outlets for each of my devices, which is nice.
