Really horrible experience. I pulled in at 5:40pm and still didn't have my food at 6:30pm. I asked the waitress where my food is and she said she gave it to someone else and that her manager was fighting over there on the side of the building and she was in fact fighting with what looked to be her mother, they were yelling at each other. The girl said she couldn't give me my food or refund like what?! I just gave you all $20 for nothing in return. I told the girl she should probably quit because what a toxic environment!! Who is running these locations and most importantly who is the area manager?! Like my goodness. It's awful. I'm afraid we are going to see the sonics slowly shutting down... well actually not if they are taking people's money for nothing in return!! The girl told me to check the app for a refund, no refund option on the app so I guess I'll be calling tomorrow. Craziest experience I've ever had at a fast food place. Sat in the drive-through for a while with no help so pulled up to the window and the worker didn't even really seem to know what was going on. Sounds like management needs to take a look at their staffing in the mornings and do a little coaching. We drove off and went somewhere else, and it doesn't seem like we were the only ones that decided to do that. read more

Worst strawberry cheesecake shake I've ever had. I don't know why it was different from other Sonic's. The drinks we ordered were good just the shakes we had were like they had sat on the counter for 15 minutes before we ordered. read more

I ordered a redbull dragon fruit drink and they didn't have any redbull, so they said they'd make it without but when they brought my drink it was green. I ordered online so the original drink was five dollars and the one they gave me should've been a dollar so the lady said she'd send a manager out here, safe to say the manager took ten minutes to get to our car. very disappointed with sonic. read more

It doesn't seem like they have enough help at the moment. I made a mobile order and we'd checked in... Saw my name on the screen... We'd been waiting for 25 minutes... My name disapeared from the screen. Pressed the red button... Waited another 5 minutes before anyone answered. They asked if we checked in on the app... Then said our order would be right out. The carhop claimed that it never showed we were check in on their screen. Maybe they are having technical issues. It's just not the quick stop for drinks we had planned on. 30+ minutes for 3 drinks. Excessive wait time for ap order. Had to show my phone three times to prove my order. The next visit we drove away after waiting over 40 minutes for ap order drinks. The 800 number for refunds is the best thing this location has going for it! won't be back for a long time. read more

Waited 30 minutes for food and the food was disgusting. Came here about 8pm on Friday night just driving through. It wasnt very busy, so I should have been in and out. Ordered a double cheeseburger, jr cheeseburger, pretzel twist and tots. After 15 min I pushed the red button again to inquire on my order. The girl apologized and said it would be right out. She walked to our stall with a notepad and said she was having headset troubles and would take my order. I told her that I already ordered and paid. She apologized and promised to would be out right away Another few minutes, I pushed the button. I was informed that they lost my order and the meal would be on them and it would be out right away. A couple of minutes later, the girl brought our bag. I inspected it and it was missing the pretzel cheese it was supposed to come with. The girl rushed away for it and came back with a COLD cheese dip and apologized. As we continued down the road, I opened my supposed to be double cheeseburger, to see at least 3 meat patties drowning in mustard and covered in pickles. I like mustard, but this was overkill. No ketchup to be found and WAY too much meet to taste proportionate. I ate some of it and threw out the rest...garbage sandwich. My daughter was trying to enjoy the pretzel twist which looked like it was dipped in a vat of butter and stuffed into the bag before letting all the butter drip off completely. She said it was like eating a stick if butter and trying to dip it in the cold cheese was a joke. Lastly the tots. I love Sonic tots, but these were cold and they were smashed into the box. :( read more

Just got home hungry and wanting a good coney. Unpacked the bags to find these poor excuses for a coney. They look like they have been on a roller all day long. They are burnt to a crisp and nasty! I would go take them back just so they can see what masterpieces they put out the door but I have my kids with me and the way I feel about it the conversation wouldn't go over well. To think that I tipped the car hop for this! Not his fault but still. I am sick of the inconsistency of this place! Go twice and it's good and the third time it's like the cook hates life and is taking it out on the customers! I paid for extra cheese also does it look like I got it? Not hardly. Also mustard squirted all over the top like it was an afterthought... I don't want anything in return. I just want hopefully the owners of the business to hear how horrible of product came from the kitchen tonight and it's not the first time. If this cook was trained to serve food like this they should be ashamed of themselves! The fact is this place needs to understand that the inconsistency and quality of service is driving customers away. I will likely give them another try but you can bet next time I will look before I leave and it better be spot on! read more

Disappointing visit, 30+ minute wait because orders were mixed up. A P,O,S took all the food I ordered for my family & didn't speak up. I hope they enjoy all the extra food. But thankfully Sonic did fix the problem, repaid me & remade my whole order. read more

It had been a while since I've been to a sonic drive-in. And it will probably be another long while before I visit this place in Wagoner. First of all you couldn't hardly hear or understand the person over the intercom. Secondly the gravy in my three piece chicken tender dinner was more like more water. No taste! I asked the car hop to bring me salt and pepper seasoning I waited until my food practically got cold they never came back around and forgot me. I guess I should have went to McDonald's as I started to but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt boy was I wrong! read more

Food took forever and then once we checked it was all wrong. They also don't serve boneless wings like every other location which is unfortunate. In order to fix the missing and wrong items we had to wait even more. Over a 40 mins stop on our drive home. Super disappointed in this location. read more

I like their new location, you could get in and out quickly. The food is always good and fast. The staff is polite and friendly.
