I ordered our slushies on line and were ready on time! It was my first time ordering and picking up. I parked and wasn't sure which number to put in for the order pick. I chose the one in front of me. I watched her come out look around confused and go back in. Lol She came back out with a cashier and walked over to me. I apologized and told her it was my first time picking up. She politely explained which number to put in next time. I was thankful. Fast, courteous and polite. I will go back again. Push the red button, talk to the pleasant voice for a few seconds, wait, about three minutes and a friendly face will bring you a bunch of food in a sack, and make sure you tip the car up. These young people work hard and your tip is part of the compensation. Enough of that if you have a good service here let them know, and if your service is less than excellent, let them know with a pleasant tone in your voice, and give them an opportunity to fix it. Just went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 of the ultimate meat and cheese burritos. Got home. No cheese sauce, no bacon, LOADED with onions. How difficult is it to make a burrito correct. 2 burritos and a rt 44 coke zero over $13 but can't get the burritos right. And I would drive back but would they really care? Was starving stopped and got a chicken fried steak sandwich a hamburger and mozerella sticks. Hamburgers is good. The sticks and chicken fried sandwich were horrible. They need to change the grease. After calling and asking to speak to the manager I was put on hold for 10 mins and never got to speak to them. Evidently no concerns about return customers. Won't be back. read more

After living in a place that had Sonic commercials, but no Sonic in the whole state I was super excited. Then I got my food. The cherry limeade tastes like less flavorful Sprite. I ordered a cheeseburger. They forgot the cheese. My boyfriend ordered mustard. They didn't give it to him. The fries were soggy. The only decent thing was the butterfinger ice cream thing I got, but it was pretty much just a crappily made Blizzard with less candy. I was really disappointed and don't plan to go back. read more

This Sonic seems to try to get by on the most minimal staff. I see only one car hop most of the times I am there. Last month I sat at a stall while several cars got their orders before my order was even taken. When I told the car hop she said that she was aware that several of the speakers didn't work! I asked why they don't put 'Out of Order' signs & she said they are not allowed too! Last week I went and the drive thru was out of order and the card reader didn't work. Makes me wonder what it looks like inside if the outside is falling apart so badly! I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

A few nights ago my girlfriend and I went to this Sonic and had a bad experience. It was about 15 minutes before they closed, but we only ordered three things: a small, Oreo dark chocolate custard concrete, a chicken strip sandwich ketchup only, and a blue raspberry, ice cream slush. Of those three items, the Sonic staff messed up two of them: the custard concrete didn't have dark chocolate ice cream despite it being the only concrete with "dark chocolate" as a major part of its name on the menu, and the chicken strip sandwich had lettuce and mayo on it without any ketchup. What made this even more frustrating was the fact that I had to repeat myself three times just to order the custard concrete even though I was one foot away from the speaker box. On the enunciation spectrum of articulate talker to mush mouth, I'd consider myself definitely on the articulate talker side, so I'm not sure how the person taking my order messed it up. On the positive side, at least my girlfriend got her ice cream slush as ordered and the one carhop was friendly. Even if it's 15 minutes before closing and the staff has worked a full shift, they've still got to be able to deliver the goods as ordered until that hour hand hits 11:00pm. Apparently this Sonic can't close. P.S. I'm sure I'm biased because of my poor experience, but Sonic's custard concrete isn't worth the $5 price tag for a small(!!). A Braum's mix tastes just as good and is half the cost. read more
