I spoke with Smokin Joe's Corporate Office and talked with Bonnie who was extremely professional and apologetic who then transferred me to Human Resources, Michelle. What a great end to such a frustrating experience. Michelle was sympathetic, courteous, and concerned about the problem and promised to look over everything and get right back to me. She did! Very Professional! She called the shop and told them they owed me $1.27 and that Sassee would be there to pick it up today! It is not the money but the principle of the situation. Michelle would look into the employee problem and again apologized. Sometimes it pays to go to the top! I want to thank some of the employees at the shop in Sayre, Pa. who are super to deal with. It ended at a pretty nice but not gigantic waterfall. We came earlier in the morning and it was less crowded than as we were hiking out. Really nice park with lots of trail options !

The hike was moderate, highly recommend hiking boots, as its down hill short trial, but well worth the view of the 25 foot water fall. Perfect early week activity, and best of all was free to visit, not like the state parks in NY.
