What an amazing experience we had here! I just had a massage with Holly and I feel FANTASTIC. She is small but mighty, and her work is outstanding. She is so knowledgeable and really knows how to work out the knots and stiffness. She creates such a safe and positive space. I felt so comfortable and relaxed with her. She took the time after my massage to go over some stretches with me and gave me some very helpful tips. She has such good energy. We were late, and Tony (at check-in) was so kind, and still made sure to honor our full hour massage. He also called the day before to confirm our appointments and has such a nice and gentle way about him. My friend had a massage and facial with Sarah and said it was A-MAZ-ING!! She can't stop talking about her experience. She is energized and her face is glowing. This is my new place. The lighting and attention to detail is incredible. Got a gift certificate for an anniversary gift intended to be used for a "Mother To Be" package with a massage and facial combo specifically pregnant women on special for $280 valid until Aug 31. I call to schedule with Tony and am informed they won't be honoring the promotion due to they meant to remove it from the website, per Tony "the girl hasn't gotten around to it" and we could hodgepodge some service together to get up to the $280 but doesn't have all the same services that the gift certificate was purchased for in the Mother's To Be promotion. I informed him I am looking at the promotion online as we spoke and even if it was a typo there were dates the service was valid for until Aug 31 and if they would honor it due to we prepaid and it's still on the website. I was told he would call the owner Kiera and see but he was certain she was going to say no. I get a call back and am told he spoke to Kiera and she said no they won't honor it and the service isn't even the computer anymore. Magically the website was updated not showing the promotion anymore so I just said thanks for asking and Tony hung up. I will be disputing with my credit card company for these bad business practices and the bait and switch tactic they used to sell gift cards. I would not be comfortable coming here for any services especially after this experience on top of an already vulnerable time of being pregnant and how rude the management staff was simply for me asking them to honor a promotion they offered when we had already spent hundreds of dollars with them and trying to spend more. read more

Wow wow wow! This spa was a fabulous decision and I felt really blessed to have Kat as my massage therapist. I had no idea who I'd get but I'd seen so many raving reviews for her that I was excited to have her. My husband and I wanted to have a little spa time for our anniversary and we both left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I was impressed with Kat's ability to identify the area causing my shoulder pain and she suggested treatment options to help me find relief. She was VERY good with massage but I also enjoyed our conversation, her product recommendations & her final touches. She told me what she was doing and why she was doing it. She gave my feet a massage while my facial was relaxing and it was a lovely hour plus there. I could actually feel the difference on my face. I really appreciated hearing her speak on problem solving most of my upper body aches and issues to prevent my pain and tension. I always love the use of CBD and essential oils and I'm thankful she asked me before putting them on my skin! However I asked to have a scrub and massage which they easily accommodated for me. Everything about our visit is 5 stars. The ease of scheduling the appointment around her arrival and our plans and he was so gracious on the phone with my back and forth and not knowing all the service options. He even booked out some extra time at the end of our sessions in case we added anything extra during. The setup and decor in the lobby is nice tho I noticed a lack of 'spa water' however they did offer to bring you water if you wanted. Ok again 5 stars- Jennifer did my massage and scrub and it was bliss. What can you say, I don't think you need details. my skin was soft and glowing. My friend got the owner and said she was amazing!
