My chief complaint here is the attitudes of the family owned business. I've only seen the ladies working the counter which I assume is a Mother and daughters combination. Their customer service needs some improvement. I have experienced rude and obnoxious comments to most of my small talk at when checking out at the registers. Or if I ask if their fuel was winterized and what the blend was for Winter Diesel they get defensive over nothing. It was -25 degrees outside and all I wanted know was how much #2 diesel they blended with, and the Mother/ or Grandma (hard to tell) got all snappy with me and told me "its winterized" "take it or leave it." Another customer service disgrace recently: For example they have a single automated car wash, and my truck is too tall, and Watford City has lots of automated car washes but no self service high pressure sprayers like you would find at a do it yourself car wash. I asked if they were going to ever add one to the outside of their business (they would make a ton of revenue). But their rebuttal was to take my pickup truck down the road to the semi wash and spend the $25-40 to have someone else wash it for me. Then when I explained how much it was one of the daughters rudely exclaimed that "Do you think I would stand out side and wash your truck for you for $40 to which she said NO!" She obviously missed the point about a self service car wash. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I have gone through this carwash often since they opened years ago. I haven't washed my car much…read morerecently due to winter. I went through there today, paid $21 for a Supreme Wash with Rainex. There was a long line to get in. They have 2 lanes but one was down for maintenance or some reason. So the line of cars was very long. Got up to the building and they rinsed the front of my car off. Then they did not open my door or anything but pointed at the receipt in my hand. Window was up and hard to see through. I rolled my window down so he could see my receipt. I wasn't sure the guy saw my receipt clearly. Then he walked away. I started to put my car in Neutral and saw a big pickup really close behind me. I heard a loud grinding noise from the carwash so I put my car in PARK and the guy came over yelling NEUTRAL!! He drew a capital letter N with his finger on my driver side window. I put it back into NEUTRAL. Then I went through the carwash. I did not receive a wet cloth for wiping down the inside of my car. When I got to the other end of the carwash, I stopped my car. Two guys dried my car mirrors off and opened only my driver side door, wiped the inside edge of my door, which was still dirty since no one offered me a wet cloth. They did not clean it I'm really surprised they didn't offer me a wet cloth. I did tip them a little but wasn't sure they deserved it. I understand that they were working hard to get all those cars through one lane of a 2 lane carwash. I just have never had such a bad experience in a carwash.

I do two hours of driving every day, one of which is at night, so as you can imagine, the front end of my car is plastered with bugs every day. They pressure wash the bugs off of the front each time before my car goes through the car wash. I noticed that the pressure washer was literally taking the painted finish off of my upper grille. I even have pictures of the front of my car that I had taken just a few weeks prior to getting a membership at this car wash and the grille was in perfect condition in the pictures. I filed a claim with the car wash and Dre called me. He said that he was denying my claim and that I need to file a claim with my own insurance company. It's worth mentioning that he didn't even talk to me, he didn't look at my vehicle in person or even look at a picture of the damage, and didn't let me show him any evidence before denying my claim. He simply stated that he denied it and it's out of his hands now. I tried telling him that I have pictures of the front of the car that I had taken weeks prior. He kept interrupting and becoming more hostile and disgustingly rude, stating that he wasn't interested in seeing my pictures. I literally couldn't even finish a single sentence without him interrupting me. He then said he was going to hang up on me. I called back and asked for the owner's name and number at which point he continued to interrupt me and started repeating "you want to make this personal?" He refused to give me the owner's name or phone number as well and continued to act like an immature child. Do yourself a favor and avoid this car wash all together. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes and the manager has no business being employed in the position he is in if he is going to treat paying customers like this. The other picture was taken 2 weeks prior to me getting a membership to this car wash.

They care about the quality of their work and service to their customers. It is also a great value for what you get. We got all our vehicles ceramic coated and have Jaden detail our cars every month even in the winter. We are always impressed and happy with the services.
