I was the only customer in the store and the 2 sales people working never even acknowledged me. My feeling was it was because I was in the sale section. I can't win... or I can't lose? The vibe is similar to good in that you walk in and immediately want to buy EVERYTHING (and your wallet is like hey maybe no?), but it's a very different style. Where good was minimalist and only sold the Hamptons palette of white/gray/navy, Ouimillie takes a much more bold approach. Their clothing is so unique that at first, I thought it was all vintage. But no! It's a carefully curated collection of French, German, and Danish designers. From dip dyed tshirt dresses to sleek white blazers to cool girl jeans, they've got a little bit of everything. Prices are in line with what'd you expect from a boutique in Beacon Hill selling obscure designer brands, in the neighborhood of $200/blouse. Expensive? Yes. But not out of line with comps and their stuff is all really unique. They also have a gorgeous collection of home goods (I want all the gold ceramic bowls!), the cutest tiny leather purses in all colors and finishes, and a ton of jewelry. And candles. Therapy is a small and rather cutesy boutique, but I could not help but feel most of the items were something you'd find at H&M on a good day (You know, when they aren't peddling that terrible 80's hooker look they've been peddling for far too long). The style here is predominantly hipster meets vintage meets eurotrash. However, there are definitely some very cute unique items tucked in different places. I can't help feeling if this place is to survive it better find a more unique fashion niche. Prices are average boutique prices ($80-140 for most items). Ladies: Expect to be trying things on more than usual, as some designers use non-standard sizes (like women's clothes have anything near sizing standards to begin with!), the owner informed me that she is eager to serve women of all body types. Boys: There's not much shelf space here for boys and for the most part what's out is a bit boorish for my tastes with a handful of very generic clubbing shirts. I missed it my first time through but this store carries some lovely Tom Baker items for men, including suits. For those of you who don't know Tom Baker, his suits were featured prominently in Casino Royale by James Bond himself and are some of the sexiest and best designed suits in the market. They are also criminally hard to find in this country and up until now I thought unavailable in Boston. The owner describes the process as semi-custom, wherein you choose your style, fabric, then get the suit fitted and professionally tailored to you when it arrives. The whole shebang costs under $700, which given the quality of these suits, the all-inclusive service, and the horrific exchange rate is an incredible bargain! This is a suit that will last you for life and be timelessly hawt. To match your top-notch suit there is a small hidden cache of fashionable ties. While a small collection, if I had the money I would have bought them all as they were suberb specimens. The owner is also a Yelper so you know she's good people!

Anyhoo, about the real reason I'm reviewing is the beautiful store and fabulous clothing selection they have at Flock. The owners obviously poured their life into the design of the store and they have impeccable purchasing taste for each season. Also, the customer service is great! all the girls that work here are super cute and friendly! It is pricey, but it's completely unique pieces...and while most of Boston's ladies think that Anthropologie is worth their money, don't even think about it! Put your money into some really unique pieces, high quality and a local business. There are good sales too. I continue to watch some pieces going down in price until it's really low and I can afford it more. Gentleman, find out your ladies size and go buy her anything from here.
