The cardio equipment has dirt and hair and nails piled up. Don't even think about setting your things on the floor. I dropped an headphone and it rolled under the machine by the time I got it out I had to take it home and wash it before using it.

The staff is excellent and the people are all so friendly. I've never had an issue with anything here and the staff even let me workout 3 times before I moved here for free just to make sure I liked it. There is a food cooler to purchase healthy meals and snacks from. However, you might need to take a machine wipe to the tables because they're sometimes dirty. Parking is plenty, and the locker rooms are always clean enough. The water fountains are not very good and they sometimes are cold and sometimes room temp. Bring your own water to avoid this. Lots of activities and amenities included. I suggest trying a day for free and experiencing it yourself!

I'm really digging this fitness center in norman. I joined crunch after having tried out the YMCA…read morein Norman and having a membership at the Sarkey's fitness center at the university and Crunch is better at meeting my needs. Crunch has an open floor plan, no hidden corridors or hallways to find the locker rooms or the weight rooms. It has a very simple layout and everything is pretty much visually accessible from when you first walk in. They offer daycare services that come bundled with some of the premium memberships or they have a daily fee and you can drop off your children for up to 2 hours. Call to find out the schedule, but their availability offers some pretty good coverage. It's open 24/7 which many of the centers I've used in the past aren't. They have a large selection of treadmills, steppers, ellipticals, bikes, a cross fit section, a large group fitness room, and tons of free weights and machines. I've been able to complete 90% of my workout routine without having to wait for a piece of equipment to become available. This is even during some of their more busier times after work as well. They offer additional amenities like a sauna, spray tan, cryo, and they have lots of skilled personal trainers to assist you as well. Overall this is an amazing facility to workout in. They always run specials for discounts to join so be sure to sign up for their emails. I signed up when they were offering a free month with a one dollar sign up fee. I figured it was worth the price to try it out for a month and I really liked it!

When I asked the front desk employee about tanning, she seemed bothered by my questions and was not very welcoming. After checking in, I was directed to the tanning booth. As I walked over, I noticed a homeless man sleeping on a sofa right next to the tanning area. This made me uncomfortable, and after I finished tanning, I left. A couple of weeks later, I emailed the gym to cancel my membership. I received a response from the Assistant Manager, Marcus, who asked me to come in for a tour of the facility. He also assured me that allowing homeless individuals to sleep inside the gym was against company policy. I replied and explained that my weekdays were tied up with work, but if he could provide a few dates and times, I would try to arrange a visit. Unfortunately, I never received a response. When I later called to cancel my membership, I was informed that I would still be charged for two additional months, as well as the annual fee, because it was stated in the membership agreement. This was frustrating, especially considering I had only visited the facility once. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this location. The exterior lighting is poor, the staff was unapproachable, communication was lacking, and the cancellation process was disappointing.
