Well I visited this location because it was relatively close to my parents' apartment. The same guy that ran the place 5 years ago when I last took a passport photo still owns and operates the place. It's not a busy location but since he's survived years of ups and downs, you know he would be a good business man. Last time I was there, he took a polaroid photo and used a hair dryer to process. Now of course it's all digitized. I was out in 15 minutes. Well really 10, but we started discussing his thoughts on the HST. I agreed with him naturally since he mentioned it was a positive thing and people decided to give it a chance. Stay away from this crooked place. I went in to have a frame done with a few pictures inside. I was quoted 39.99 for the custom frame and 39.99 for the pictures and to put it together. No problem, I left a 30 dollar deposit. I told him the anniversary was on March 9th. On March 6th I called to see what's going on only to be told it won't be ready until the 9th, when we discussed pickup on the 8th. However after discussing he agrees to have it ready on 8th. I go in on the 8th and am absolutely thrilled at the piece. We talk for a good 8 minutes, the whole time I'm holding the cash in my hand that I owe, which is $50. The conversation then turns and he tells me he had unexpected expenses and now the piece costs $120!!!!. He didn't mention this on the call 3 days earlier, or the first 10 minutes I am there holding the money. He sees how much I love the piece and decides to gouge me knowing I needed it and I will pay. So I paid. But now I will make it my mission to spread awareness at this business owners crooked practices. read more

This has been my go to spot for any photograph requirements for the last year. The owner is very professional and puts in a lot of effort to do his job well, and I appreciate that. It's hard to find photo studios in Toronto that don't rush through your work compromising the quality and don't overcharge you unnecessarily. read more

I tried this location out as I was in the area and needed quick service to get my passport photos done. My photos were ready in 5 minutes and only cost 10.00 for colour copies. The service was good although after getting my photos, I would have liked to see the photographer 'prep' better as one earring was turned sideways after he requested to tuck my hair back and there was a bra strap showing (which I thought I tucked in). There is plenty of parking and a shoppers drug mart next door so I was able to get grab my items while I waited 5 minutes for development. Overall, fast and easy... my only suggestion is to prep the client a bit better for a nice picture. read more

This is the place to go for all your photography needs. Last year I got a great passport photo, so I went back today when I needed a head shot for my professional website. I wasn't disappointed.
