I ordered two items from Sophia institute press on July 24th. After two weeks of no updates or responses, I reached out to customer service to find out what was going on. I was told that due to a warehouse upgrade, they would not be shipping anything for a couple weeks and there would be a delay. Sometime then I received one of the orders but still did not the original one. The customer service rep then told me they were waiting to ship them because the new calendar starts September 18th. I then reached out again when they said they would ship them the week of labor day. The rep said we actually wouldn't ship them this week but next week. Then the next week hit (last week, the week of the 11th), which was the updated week of shipping. I was told you would ship them via priority mail. It is now September 20th, and not only do I not have the first order, I dont even see it in my orders when I go to the website. So, I ordered July 24th, and after 63 days, I still dont have the first order. I recognize that some of the things were beyond their control (like the warehouse update), but the level of service I have received during this time has been abysmal. No email updates regarding the orders, no communication from customer service. The only way for me to get updates is if i reached out to them, and if I was lucky enough to get a timely reply. I was really excited for this calendar, and have been waiting a very long time for it, and all ive been given is just empty promises with no tracking number, shipping updates, or anything. read more
