When I crossed my arms she said I was being belligerent and closed (I was actually crossing my arms over my chest to protect myself for her abusive attitude toward me) when I opened my arms wide to be receiving she said that I was arrogant. It actually began when I booked my stay, and due to poor communication and thoroughness (even when I went back to double check before booking my fight), there was a major snafu which the Dr. did not take responsibility for. Not to mention the terrible miscommunication in person with Dr. Baylac, which was unacceptable and no way to conduct business or speak to patrons. Additionally, this place is NOT one for healing, the environment has a massively toxic energy. The doctor should not be practicing any longer and this place is definitely not worth the money. Therefore, I could never benefit from the session/s on any level. Also, I wasn't ready for their expertise to begin with. To many distractions in my personal life. I was to blocked off because of my own personal anger issues, anxiety, selfishness and being controlled by my own ego. But that all changed when I had a serious accident in August/2022. I first met Jon Marie about 2 years ago. At which time, I was experiencing extreme physical pain from a severe back injury. Subsequently, I ended up getting emergency spinal fusion surgery in Honolulu. But during my first session with Jon Marie and prior to my surgery, I was able to calm myself enough to find my center balance with the pain I was experiencing at the time. This helped tremendously with my breathing and re-directing the pain through my mental strength. In other words, it helped me find strength within. She said the company stopped making the B12 with 5L, so now the only way to get them was biying them separate, which was double the cost. After calling the company ( seeking health) and been told they have never stopped making these 2 supplements in one formula, and that was actually their best seller, I called her office to return the supplements and get my money back. Her secretary hanged up on me when I said she lied to me, and Dr Strong kicked me out of the office by email in response of my request for a refund. Ah, and when I asked the secretary what the 5L part of the supplement was, she rudely answered "Im not a doctor " What kind of customer service is this??
