The head doctor I spoke with failed to acknowledge my concerns and instead attempted to manipulate me with guilt, focusing on some paperwork related to my job. This is completely unacceptable and utterly unprofessional! They need to understand that proper care and customer service demand respect and understanding--qualities they clearly lack!
