The young lady who helped out did an excellent job explaining the purses. My wife zeroed right in on a cross body purse with unique design features. I needed a wallet. I'm pretty simple in my needs. They had one exactly like my current one, except sized to hold European currency. I'm OK with that. I travel enough it's useful, and it's not that much taller than US wallets. Being just a little taller, their were 4 credit card slots per side, rather than 3. The blue color on the purse was gorgeous. The features nice, and the lambskin very supple. Given the VAT rebate, the price is right there with much lesser brands in the US, in my opinion. We couldn't be happier.

Let me say the style and quality is top notch! I am always complemented on it. The style is quite different than any other bags I have seen and very few stores carry this designer in the United States. I also found them to be reasonably priced. So why the A-OK rating? I have been following their website this past year and saw a big sale. To order online and ship to the United States is virtually impossible. Whenever I tried to check out with the items in my cart, I would get an error message. They wanted you to pay with PayPal which I had no issue with. I did have an issue with them asking me to pay in USD rather than Euros. The exchange rate was horrid. I told them I wanted to pay in Euros which they accepted and I saved over $150 on that alone. Since I was purchasing three bags, there was another bag I wanted in a color that was not offered. They said that they would give me the additional bag in a different color for free if I purchased the three bags. I was thrilled!!! I was also told that I would get a tracking number asap so I would know when my package would arrive. Eight days later I was still waiting for my tracking number and of course my credit card was charged. Emails went back and forth and I finally got the tracking info. The package arrived two days later and to my dismay, the free bag that was promised to me was not included. I have emailed them numerous times. They say they are looking into it but have never gotten back to me. Don't get me wrong, the bags are beautiful but there customer service has a lot to be desired. When dealing with people abroad, they should be more diligent.
