Before even setting an appointment, the owner Santiago took his time to ensure I had the right equipment for my needs while being conscious of my wanting to keep costs down. He was very patient while going back and forth with me on different options, and I felt most comfortable with his knowledge and his willingness to work with me. On appointment date, our installer Jesus arrived during the set time and immediately got to installing our opener. He made sure to get everything I wanted installed, and even showed how to program our existing remotes to the new opener. When we had an issue with the door not closing shut, Santiago and Jesus went above and beyond coming up with different solutions to fix the issue even though the issue had nothing to do with their installation work. The torsion springs broke on our torque master system for our garage door. Found this company on Yelp, liked what I saw/read, so I called and spoke with Santiago. He gave me a quote over the phone, and by my surprise he told me he can knock it out today after he gets the parts. All sounded good, so I decided to hire him and not bother with contacting a bunch of other garage door companies to gather quotes. Santiago got here when he said he would. He replaced the broken parts with new ones, tested the door multiple times, did some tweaks on the motor, secured a portion of the rail that popped out of the wall, lubed up some of the components, and gave me a new pull/release cord and handle. He did all this in about an hour... Maybe hour and a half. Very professional dude, and good at what he does. I'm very happy with the repairs and the quality of his work. Santiago, also known as the man with the yellow glasses, is absolutely top notch! This is our 2nd time using him. We had a spring bust on us about 8 years ago and he came out and fixed it. This time he recommended going with a double spring to increase the life cycle. The garage door is now super smooth and doesn't feel like it's struggling to open anymore (especially towards the end of the life cycle). Along with replacing the old spring with new springs, he also lubed the wheels on the tracks and reset the limits on opening and closing the doors. He kept the job area clean and he was efficient.
