These boots (photos attached) were in good condition, at least I thought they were until the soles…read morecame off. I contacted the company but received the typical corporate response, your claim is important to us etc.. and then nothing. The top of the boot still look nice, some usual grass stains, I only used them around my yard cutting grass and minor maintenance. No way should these boots come apart like this but for a cheap manufacturing defect. I found out the original company was sold, I am sure the new owners cheapened the product, I would suggest if you want a good boot stay away from Timberland.
