Soul Focus is steps above most facilities and I Have come across nothing that even compares. I have been a part of this wellness center for over 2 1/2 years and it has given me back my life both Mentally and Physically! The center is immaculately clean has huge beautiful showers along with steam and sauna rooms . Smoothie bar, complementary Coffee and popcorn along with daily infused water . The Spa has a variety of services with a calming atmosphere and a very knowledgeable amazing staff. You will leave feeling wonderful! The Clinical area can take away all those aches and pains without Rx drugs. The Doctors work with you closely to help get u moving again or even help with just simple adjustments! Along with their incredible PT staff you are in good hands. Haven't needed much of that but in years to come I may. I have Bi weekly visits to the Nutritionist at SF and it's helped me tremendously.! The Fitness Team and gym is like no other! The trainers are dedicated to motivate and push u or modify u when needed. I have found All very approachable after class to help in any way. Group classes, Personal Training or work out on your own it's all there. I personally love the group classes they are never over crowded you still can receive personal attention from instructors to correct form or modify exercise. I struggle so I appreciate that attention. Bootcamp, spinning, kickboxing, functional fitness and yoga are my favs but they offer other classes as well. My experience so far has been a very positive. I love that I can go to one place and they do everything. Physical therapy, chiropractic, nutrition and acupuncture. The staff are knowledgeable friendly and helpful. I did not think there was much left to do in my situation but so far they are helping me do the impossible. I have opened my mind to try new things one of them would be Chinese herbs. I was impressed that I took the back formula because I was experiencing neurophy on my legs and feet from pinched nerves in my back.They are natural and they are working. The staff is AMAZING they are CARING and very patient.. I have been going for little over a year and they can't get rid of me. The pain I use to have was so bad I couldn't move. Changed my Life , in 7 months I'm down 90lbs. I just want to recommend the Soul Spa at Soul Focus Wellness Center in Eatontown. I had originally booked a spa day for a bachelorette party in another spa in the area, but they were not very accommodating. After seeing another post about ideas for bachelorette parties, I called and Sandi at Soul Spa helped me to set up the most amazing day for our party! We had our own private relaxation area, that was decorated beautifully, some light food and drinks, access to foot soaks, sauna, and steam room in between treatments! I am writing this about my pilates instructor Anna. She is one of the best instructors I have very had! She knows everyone well (including all of our concerns and ailments) and always gets us to do our best. She watches everyone's form, offers advice and moderations if you're struggling, and she even added an additional class when we asked. She is the sweetest person, and gives you the best workout. Coming to this haven every morning is the best part of my day. To start, parking is easy, the staff is very friendly, and the facilities are immaculate.
