It's now been over 3 months, and I've received nothing. I contacted the store, went in person multiple times even via email and phone--and was either ignored or given vague promises. This is extremely unprofessional and feels like I'm being scammed. The delay has caused unnecessary financial strain, and I'm tired of chasing down something that should've been handled properly from the start. While they have a decent selection, the prices are way too much. I bought a necklace which was priced at $80(got for half off) however one crystal broke off and while I get their no refund policy I wanted to exchange it for a functioning necklace but was promptly dismissed and told my husband could try to reattach it. Even at half off that's unacceptable. Had they just exchanged it I maybe would have gone back but the fact I was just brushed off after going to their store more than twice I was insulted and disappointed! read more

Well...JUST visited this store for the first and last time. Walked in and was excited to get a few things for cleansing, auras, etc. I'm thinking maybe they should try their own products because I walked in, 3 employees looked straight at me, and no one said a word. I stopped at this place on a whim. It had so much more to offer than what I originally had in mind. I had gone in to grab a few crystals and there happened to be a reading event. I had the pleasure of having a tarot reading with Mary and a medium reading by Leona. The messages were ones I didnt expect. My mind was on work and life progression, but what the readings entailed were much more than what I was focusing on. Great selection of crystals but it seems like they are all about making money. They have cameras in every corner of the store, some have bright lights that shine on you lol. They also have signs that basically say you break you buy. Which I 100% understand but I don't think it's necessary to put them all over the store. They also had little cards with each different Crystal and their benefits but you had to buy them for 50 cents each. I thought that was kind of ridiculous. This store didn't feel very genuine to me, they do seem like smart business owners though. Just moved to Dallas and started going to crystal stores to find one that I could call "home" My daughter and I stumbled into SoulTopia and I was hopeful. SoulTopia has a witchy feel when you walk in the door. They have a ton of herbs. The woman sitting next to the herbs looked VERY unfriendly and unapproachable. I wouldn't even walk over there due to the way she looked and how she looked at those in the store. They have a good amount of crystals. They have handmade crystal bracelets which are actually beautiful and well priced. They have a good selection of candles as well. The only other thing I didn't like (other than the woman who sat by the herbs) was the staff seemed to stalk as if they assumed you'd steal. It made it uncomfortable. We did purchase a few items. But we won't go back. That's not the atmosphere we want in a metaphysical store. However, that's just us. I think it's a good vibe for others. read more

Went to this place for the first time today and it is the loveliest metaphysical store I have ever been to. I can really feel the love and care that went into and that continues to go into this shop. They have a great selection of products and a wide variety of items. My wife and I loved the Crystal Bar in the back, the labels were so informative. We loved the selection of dried herbs, ingredients, materials, and smudge sticks! Our favorite part was the customizable cleansing water bar. Oh yes and I can't forget the Zoltar fortune teller! This crystal store is WAY overpriced! I just spent a week in St. Louis and visited all of their metaphysical shops. I want to go back and revisit St. Louis! The prices at Soultopia were so much higher! For example, for the EXACT same raw rose quartz chunks in St. Louis I bought one for $8 and one for $5. At Soultopia the same size chunks were $20. Little pieces of clear quartz with the points were $2 each in St. Louis and $5 each at Soultopia. I was shocked at the price difference. read more

I've bought from Soultopia consistently for a while now, primarily the Dallas location which has sweet staff. The Carrollton location is a whole different story. I've had two incidents where I felt like I was either unwelcome or being "watched" in a very apparent way. The first incident happened a couple of months ago when I had my daughter with me. It was a busy Saturday and everyone was all over the place. My daughter loves the crystals so, of course, she likes to touch. She's 4. She picked up a medium sized crystal and accidentally dropped it. I totally understand no one wants broken merchandise. The crystal was just fine. We picked it up and placed it back on the holder. What upset me was the lady behind the counter speaking very loudly "is everything OKAY over there?" Her tone was very rude. I simply said yes and brushed it off and continued shopping. However, there's absolutely a way you can speak to people without coming off as rude. The 2nd incident was today. I came in after work to check out their tarot selection. There were only a few of us in the store. I grabbed two decks and made my way to the checkout counter than looked back and realized I didn't check out the decks above the area I saw earlier so I said I'll be back. I grabbed a deck and then pulled my phone from my purse to check out the reviews/pictures on it. As I'm looking on my phone, the lady who was at the counter did a brisk walk past me then a quick turn around and headed back to the counter. Very very apparent that she was trying to see if I was stealing. It made me feel so uneasy and disrespected as a continuous customer. Today's incident was the last straw for me. I've had other friends speak on how their experience at the Carrollton location was less than pleasant as well. Soultopia, I really hope you read this review and take a moment to check yourselves on how you treat your customers. To other crystal shop seekers, I urge you to check out other shops that are much better than this place such as Prana Haven in Richardson or Lightworker's Sanctuary in The Colony. They're smaller but you are greeted with a smiling face and people with genuine spirits. read more

I might need to visit another time, but at my first visit I felt as if I was being watched the whole time I was shopping, and one of the associates I spoke to made me feel unwelcome and kind of like a nuisance. The selection of crystals and items are ok, I do like that they cleanse your purchased items in a singing bowl so that was a plus. The decor of the shop is also very cute. Soo I came in here yesterday and I automatically felt uncomfortable. I WAS BEING WATCHED AND THE GIRL WITH GLASSES WAS DEF FOLLOWING ME. they had a lot of variety when it came to crystals but the energy in the store is unsettling.
