It was refreshing to get honest results that my hearing was fine versus being pushed to get hearing aids I might not need. Kudos on the integrity. The facility is located on the second floor just around the corner from the elevator. I was offered coffee and/or water. and placed at ease. The exam room was comfortable. Parking was plentiful and convenient. Do note that Matt D. is not an audiologist, so there are some services he is unable to offer. But for moderate hearing loss, he can meet likely your needs.

Dr. Stroud will work with you to do everything he can; he cares about his patients. It took until December to have sinus surgery but that was the fault of insurance; his staff knew exactly what codes to use/routes to take to achieve the best possible outcome and still went above and beyond during surgery. I cannot recommend Dr. Stroud and his staff enough!

But my thyroid he told me was enlarged because I am overweight..... I weigh less than 150. So I searched for someone new and found Dr Stroud who ended up putting me on medication for my thyroid. Then he redone my CT for my sinus and seen that Dr Marrero basically done nothing. So I will be having my sinus surgery REDONE. Dr Marrero is at central arkansas ENT.
