My best advice dealing with this company is customer beware. We purchased a Yarbo drone mower and…read moresnow blower from Preston Rice this past November 2024. We had to pay in advance to order it $5,700.00. Since then we have never heard again from Preston on delivery or refunding our money. Preston does not respond to phone messages, test's, or emails. Yarbo has since removed him from their dealers list. Our only option now is to pursue Wisconsin state law which states: Receiving money in advance for providing a product or service, and then never performing the service or delivering the product is considered fraud under Wisconsin state law and if convicted can include jail time. This shall be our next approach to recover our money.
