I rate this company top in my mind. I bought an item and later I. could not find my invoice which I needed for reimbursement. I called the company and left a message. I received a call back promising to send my invoice. The invoice did not show in my email. I called again and made sure my email address was correct. The person who answered the phone took time to send the invoice and stayed on the phone with me until I received. I experience professionalism, kindness and efficiency. Not getting the invoice had nothing to do with the company. The problem must have been my server. read more

Bought a drum machine at a great price. A day later I was told "the sale quantity" was out of stock and i would be refunded and it is back at full price which I can't afford right now. Now because of their misstep in setting up their site in such way that you can buy something for a sale price they won't honor, I get to tell the person for whom it would have been a gift that it's no longer on its way.
