Fortunately, the Crafted team took great care in creating a project plan that balanced our needs, wants, and budget to make our vision for the apartment a reality. The build process was seamless. The Crafted team handled all aspects of the permitting, building approvals, and on-site deliveries. In fact, all we had to do was log into their client portal and submit payments as milestones in the project were completed. That's another thing we really liked about Crafted, they embrace technology and have a client portal that allows you to review invoices, make payments, approve changes and our favorite feature, review photos of the project as it progressed.
