I heard about this restaurant that offers AYCE soups and salads, and so I really want to try it. It was not disappointed at all. Its concept is almost the same like Souplantation. I went there for early lunch, $17.99 per person. The buffet line offers a great variety of vegetables and salads, very much the same at Souplantation restaurant. Everything is fresh and delicious. My favorite soup is the chicken noodle soup, and it was very good. This is not a big restaurant but it looks like there are plenty of tables. Staffs are pretty friendly and they did a good job. The restaurant was pretty fully seated by 12pm. It was nice that they have canopy installed outside the entrance for guests waiting in line. I hope the owners will keep open at least a couple more new locations in the future.

First time trying soup 'n fresh and I loved every second of it! Definitely a perfect girl lunch/dinner spot with your bestie. Not many protein options, so if that is a dealbreaker for you then this might not be the best spot for you! Plethora of soups, salads, pasta, pizza/garlic bread, etc. They even have a baked potato section!! Lunch is $17.99 and dinner (after 4PM) is $19.99 I will definitely be coming back, I really wished they had a location out in Orange County!

Came here for lunch just to try it out. We had great service from the staff coming by clearing our table from our plates that were used. The offer a wide variety of salads, fruit, pasta, soups, muffins and alot more. The prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this location if you are craving soup and salad.

Always a great meal, just like it was at Souplantation. This location is a bit smaller than the Rancho Cucamonga one, so it felt a little more crowded during peak hours, and I noticed a slightly smaller selection of salads and soups. With how busy it gets, it seem like I would bump into people on all corners. They offer a great variety of fresh salads, pasta, bread, and soups. Everything tasted fresh, and the staff did a great job keeping the stations continuously refilled to look full and well stocked.

Soup'n Fresh of Chino Hills is a little bit smaller than the Rancho Cucamonga location, and even the lines are non existent in off hours too! Service is friendly. Vibe is cafeteria, salad bars, buffet style, and cleaner version of souplantation. Salad bar is the highlight with wide choices of greens, dressings and toppings. They are fresh. The choices of soups are good, around 7 at this location. You still have your desserts, self serve and lots of carbs. They have offers online too! Come check it out!

I absolutely loved my visit! It reminded me so much for Souplantation so my inner child was squealing away. We got there around 10:45 and waited about 45 minutes before getting seated. The line was moving so it didn't seem like we were waiting too long. I got two plates to stack my salads and goodies. There was two tossed salad. They were very lightly dressed. I loved the pasta and all of the salad bar. So reminiscent. I also got chili and clam chowder. Both very good! My favorite thing would probably be the corn bread with honey whipped butter. That was absolutely delicious. The workers were really friendly and welcoming. They were so on top of clearing our plates. The restaurant is pretty big inside with lots of seating. Some tables are close to each other and lots of kids running around so got to be careful when walking around!

We visited Soup 'n Fresh for lunch last Wednesday. We arrived around 12:30 p.m., and there was already a line, but the wait to get in was only about 6 minutes. Soup 'n Fresh immediately reminded me of the old Souplantation, it feels almost the same. I heard that the new owners acquired the rights to the Souplantation concept after the original company liquidated in 2020, and they have done a great job bringing it back under the name Soup 'n Fresh. I'm so glad to see a salad and soup buffet making a comeback. It brought back a lot of fond memories of enjoying endless soups and fresh salads. The lunch buffet was $17.99 per person and included unlimited salads, soups, pizza, pasta, desserts, and ice cream, making it a great value. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious, and the quality of the food was great. The service was good and efficient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend Soup 'n Fresh to our friends. We will certainly be back again!

This place is about 90% Souplantation, and it definitely brings back a lot of memories. The salad bar is almost identical, and even the plates and overall setup feel just like the original. The soups aren't quite the same, and they're missing those iconic chocolate chip cookies, but overall it's a great experience and a nice dose of nostalgia. The service, however, is a different story. The cashiers always seem annoyed or unhappy to be there, which takes away from the experience a bit. On the bright side, the bussers are friendly, welcoming, and do a great job keeping everything clean and running smoothly.

Stopped by on Saturday, 06/05/26 to eat lunch with my mom. This is my first time at this location (I've been to the OG one in Rancho Cucamonga couple years ago when they opened up and probably waited at least 1.5 hours). I thought there would be no line, but there was! Fortunately they installed tent shades for those that are waiting outside. My mom and I probably waiting around 10 minutes so it wasn't too bad: - 1 lunch adult = $17.99 (I received a 10% healthcare discount, so saved $1.80 - 1 senior lunch = $15.99 SUBTOTAL = $32.18 TAX = $2.49 OVERALL TOTAL = $34.67 ** LEFT $10 CASH TIP ** Overall a healthy, buffet-style option if you are looking to stay fit. The options are pretty limited to just salads, pizza, salads, soups, fruits (only saw oranges and grapes) and desserts (ice cream, pudding, jello). The dup (duplicate) version of Souplantation. There was an extremely long line a few minutes after we starting eating. Crazy long!

Another day, another all you can eat place! At least this place is kinda healthy, I don't know how many calories I ate, but 7 bowls of soup is probably enough for one day... The service was great, our servers kept our table clear. Vibes are just like Souplantation, what fun memories!

I finally tried out the viral Soup and Fresh in Chino Hills after hearing so many things about it, and it definitely lived up to the hype in a lot of ways. The unlimited salad bar is honestly the highlight. You can load up on cucumbers, broccoli, fresh veggies, tons of dressings, and even premade salads. I love being able to customize everything and go back for all my favorite toppings without limits. They also have a solid variety of hot foods including pizza and soups like chicken noodle, chili, posole, and clam chowder. There's also a baked potato station and an ice cream bar, which makes it feel like a full all-in-one buffet experience. Even though it was pretty crowded when I went, I was impressed with how clean and well stocked everything stayed. Staff kept things moving and refilled quickly. The only thing I would note is that the chicken noodle soup was a bit plain in broth for my taste, so I recommend adding toppings to make it a little more balanced and flavorful. Overall, it's a great spot if you like variety and building your own plate. I'd definitely come back, but I'd recommend arriving right when they open because the line gets long fast

This Soup N fresh is in a plaza and is a great place to eat ESPECIALLY for vegetarians! I believe that Soup N Fresh is a great duplicate of the old Souplantation. When entering there's two side of the salad bar so two lines can form! You can grab as much as you want! There's also a soup, pasta, bakery, beverage and soft serve station! A lot of the food items taste very similar to the old Souplantation: very tasty and a great bang for your buck! Tip: there's a female and male bathrooms. There's ample parking! Lines take about 20-40 minutes long depending on the day. For food, sometimes they don't have blueberry muffins all the time so some items may change accordingly!

I'm a Soup n Fresh fan but this location felt a lot less quality than the Rancho Cucamonga location. I went for a weekday lunch and there was no wait even though it was busy inside, so +1 for ample seating. They have raised prices a buck or two, but they do have BOGO coupons on their Facebook that I was able to make use of. The cashier seemed familiar with the offer at first, but then instructed me to do some random stuff, like to respond to the Facebook Messenger chatbot with my numeric total charge. This was not necessary; you just need to select the prompt that says "Redeem in-store." I enjoy salad so I had a good experience, but a lot of the offerings fell flat for me that day. The shredded carrot salad is usually my favorite thing to get but it tasted so weird. I don't know if the recipe was changed but it was very sour, maybe too much vinegar? My partner likes the chicken noodle soup but told me there was basically no chicken in it, and I had a similar time trying to find any slivers of egg white in what seemed like a serving tray full of mashed yolks. The pizza and garlic bread were a lot cheesier than they are at Rancho where they are more dry and cardboardy. I think most people would enjoy that but I found the taste and smell of the butyric acid to be too overpowering, personally. On the plus side, the pasta was good. I always like to add some cheese and vegan bacon bits to the spaghetti. I would also recommend getting a brownie or cornbread muffin and putting some soft serve on it to end your meal. There's lots of fun things you can do to customize your food here, which is one of the things draws me back, even if I think I'll stick to the Rancho place going forward.

Also, some dimsum like siomai, potsticker dumplings & chicken feet. I would rather go here than Golden Corral for lunch. The one dish that I have not seen in other buffets is their Black Pepper Chicken which was excellent with its crunchiness, sweetness & peppery taste. This dish reminded me of the Panda Beef in the high-end Panda Inn (parent of Panda Express chain). The service was quick & friendly. And for the price of $15.99 per person, it is so much value. But if you are looking for a wider variety of selections & better quality meats, spending an extra $9-$12 at places like Umi Sushi & Shiki might do it for you. You get what you pay for. As for me, I do not wish to pay more and would rather settle for something that gives me value for the money especially if you have someone in your party who does not eat that much to begin with.

The food wasn't the best I've ever had, but they had a huge variety, and most of it was pretty good. My favorites were the crispy cheese Rangoon, sushi rolls, shrimp with mushrooms, garlic bread, egg rolls better than Panda Express, green beans, mushrooms, and the egg drop soup. I was also surprised that the imitation crab and small crab plate tasted good--they weren't fishy like they can be at some buffets. The orange chicken and jalapeño chicken were both crispy and tasted very similar. The fried rice was just okay by itself, but it paired well with everything else. There were plenty more dishes, desserts, and even a Mongolian BBQ station, but I was already too full to try everything. I didn't check the kitchen or restrooms, but the dining area looked clean. The staff quickly cleared plates and wiped down tables as soon as guests left. Overall, it's a good value buffet with lots of choices. I'd come back.

This place is HUGE so I've never once had to wait for seating. What I love about this local, family run Mongolian spot is that it's all you can eat, so you don't have to stuff your 1 bowl like at the mall Mongolian spots. You can get 2 bowls if you want, one for noodles and veggies and the other for the meats. Best of all, when you are done, you can get more! The noodles are amazing, but what's equally as good is their side dish bar, which has pocket bread, egg drop soup, rice, spring rolls, and the BEST meatballs in gravy I've had in a while. The meat balls are so soft and flavorful. Lastly, the BEST fountain soda I've ever had is here. I usually drink 3-4 full cups before I leave. A quick tip to really make your money worth it: grab two bowls -- one for meat and one for noodles and veggies. Load up on as much meat as you can because it shrinks significantly after cooking. Take as little noodles as possible since they'll fill you up fast. Most people can only finish one or two bows, so don't waste your money by piling on too many noodles. The $45 menu is extensive, featuring a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes such as escargot (ốc), pho, and bò né (Vietnamese sizzling beef steak), among many others. We ordered escargot with tamarind sauce, oysters with cheese, a lobster special, rau muống (water spinach) with garlic, glass noodles, and a ribeye steak. This isn't a typical buffet--each dish is cooked to order. It took about 15 minutes since there were only two chefs, but the wait was absolutely worth it.
