I miss SoupPlantation and Sweet Tomatoes dearly so I've been wanting to stop by for a few years now! There was a long line too get into the restaurant and we waited for about 30 minutes on a Sunday at 2:30 pm. We were told by staff we could seat ourselves anywhere, but we were asked to move as soon as we sat down. Staff moved us from one table to another to make room for other guests, but we were still directed to another table made for a party of 4. The table they moved us to had not been cleaned from the previous party's visit. During our meal, they took part of our table away for other guests to be seated. The food does live up to all the nostalgia and everything tastes freshly made or how I remember it to be. However, the asian wonton salad's chicken was dry. The rest of the salad bar was fantastic. Tuna tarragon was seasoned just right. Soups weren't boiling hot, but still at a hot temperature that was consumable. Everything was constantly getting put out and made. The ice cream was creamy and not too icy. Other downside for this place is the amount of flies present in the dining area. It was unappetizing to have them fly so close to me and my food while dining. If it was only once or twice, it would've been forgivable but it felt like I was swatting fruit flies every few minutes. I don't think there were any where the food was being served, but I didn't stay long enough to find out since I would just grab food and go back to the table. Overall, I would still come back since I do love the food. Staff needs to have better planning in terms of seating and the pest problem should be resolved.

I absolutely loved my visit! It reminded me so much for Souplantation so my inner child was squealing away. We got there around 10:45 and waited about 45 minutes before getting seated. The line was moving so it didn't seem like we were waiting too long. I got two plates to stack my salads and goodies. There was two tossed salad. They were very lightly dressed. I loved the pasta and all of the salad bar. So reminiscent. I also got chili and clam chowder. Both very good! My favorite thing would probably be the corn bread with honey whipped butter. That was absolutely delicious. The workers were really friendly and welcoming. They were so on top of clearing our plates. The restaurant is pretty big inside with lots of seating. Some tables are close to each other and lots of kids running around so got to be careful when walking around!

We visited Soup 'n Fresh for lunch last Wednesday. We arrived around 12:30 p.m., and there was already a line, but the wait to get in was only about 6 minutes. Soup 'n Fresh immediately reminded me of the old Souplantation, it feels almost the same. I heard that the new owners acquired the rights to the Souplantation concept after the original company liquidated in 2020, and they have done a great job bringing it back under the name Soup 'n Fresh. I'm so glad to see a salad and soup buffet making a comeback. It brought back a lot of fond memories of enjoying endless soups and fresh salads. The lunch buffet was $17.99 per person and included unlimited salads, soups, pizza, pasta, desserts, and ice cream, making it a great value. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious, and the quality of the food was great. The service was good and efficient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend Soup 'n Fresh to our friends. We will certainly be back again!

This place is about 90% Souplantation, and it definitely brings back a lot of memories. The salad bar is almost identical, and even the plates and overall setup feel just like the original. The soups aren't quite the same, and they're missing those iconic chocolate chip cookies, but overall it's a great experience and a nice dose of nostalgia. The service, however, is a different story. The cashiers always seem annoyed or unhappy to be there, which takes away from the experience a bit. On the bright side, the bussers are friendly, welcoming, and do a great job keeping everything clean and running smoothly.

Stopped by on Saturday, 06/05/26 to eat lunch with my mom. This is my first time at this location (I've been to the OG one in Rancho Cucamonga couple years ago when they opened up and probably waited at least 1.5 hours). I thought there would be no line, but there was! Fortunately they installed tent shades for those that are waiting outside. My mom and I probably waiting around 10 minutes so it wasn't too bad: - 1 lunch adult = $17.99 (I received a 10% healthcare discount, so saved $1.80 - 1 senior lunch = $15.99 SUBTOTAL = $32.18 TAX = $2.49 OVERALL TOTAL = $34.67 ** LEFT $10 CASH TIP ** Overall a healthy, buffet-style option if you are looking to stay fit. The options are pretty limited to just salads, pizza, salads, soups, fruits (only saw oranges and grapes) and desserts (ice cream, pudding, jello). The dup (duplicate) version of Souplantation. There was an extremely long line a few minutes after we starting eating. Crazy long!

Finally got to try this Souplantation dupe! Really wanted to like it as much as I liked Souplantation, but it's not really the same as the OG. They have a limited menu and don't offer everything that Souplantation used to have. However, it was really nice that we finally got to try this place. It wasn't too packed when we arrived and only waited for 10 minutes or so. Adult lunch cost $17.99 and dinner cost $19.99. Miss the old cheaper price at Souplantation, especially when they offer coupon discounts for meal and drinks. The food still tasted good, especially the corn bread with the honey whipped butter and the clam chowder. The restaurant was average sized, not too big and not too small. Plenty of parking in the business plaza.

Another day, another all you can eat place! At least this place is kinda healthy, I don't know how many calories I ate, but 7 bowls of soup is probably enough for one day... The service was great, our servers kept our table clear. Vibes are just like Souplantation, what fun memories!

I finally tried out the viral Soup and Fresh in Chino Hills after hearing so many things about it, and it definitely lived up to the hype in a lot of ways. The unlimited salad bar is honestly the highlight. You can load up on cucumbers, broccoli, fresh veggies, tons of dressings, and even premade salads. I love being able to customize everything and go back for all my favorite toppings without limits. They also have a solid variety of hot foods including pizza and soups like chicken noodle, chili, posole, and clam chowder. There's also a baked potato station and an ice cream bar, which makes it feel like a full all-in-one buffet experience. Even though it was pretty crowded when I went, I was impressed with how clean and well stocked everything stayed. Staff kept things moving and refilled quickly. The only thing I would note is that the chicken noodle soup was a bit plain in broth for my taste, so I recommend adding toppings to make it a little more balanced and flavorful. Overall, it's a great spot if you like variety and building your own plate. I'd definitely come back, but I'd recommend arriving right when they open because the line gets long fast

This Soup N fresh is in a plaza and is a great place to eat ESPECIALLY for vegetarians! I believe that Soup N Fresh is a great duplicate of the old Souplantation. When entering there's two side of the salad bar so two lines can form! You can grab as much as you want! There's also a soup, pasta, bakery, beverage and soft serve station! A lot of the food items taste very similar to the old Souplantation: very tasty and a great bang for your buck! Tip: there's a female and male bathrooms. There's ample parking! Lines take about 20-40 minutes long depending on the day. For food, sometimes they don't have blueberry muffins all the time so some items may change accordingly!

I'm a Soup n Fresh fan but this location felt a lot less quality than the Rancho Cucamonga location. I went for a weekday lunch and there was no wait even though it was busy inside, so +1 for ample seating. They have raised prices a buck or two, but they do have BOGO coupons on their Facebook that I was able to make use of. The cashier seemed familiar with the offer at first, but then instructed me to do some random stuff, like to respond to the Facebook Messenger chatbot with my numeric total charge. This was not necessary; you just need to select the prompt that says "Redeem in-store." I enjoy salad so I had a good experience, but a lot of the offerings fell flat for me that day. The shredded carrot salad is usually my favorite thing to get but it tasted so weird. I don't know if the recipe was changed but it was very sour, maybe too much vinegar? My partner likes the chicken noodle soup but told me there was basically no chicken in it, and I had a similar time trying to find any slivers of egg white in what seemed like a serving tray full of mashed yolks. The pizza and garlic bread were a lot cheesier than they are at Rancho where they are more dry and cardboardy. I think most people would enjoy that but I found the taste and smell of the butyric acid to be too overpowering, personally. On the plus side, the pasta was good. I always like to add some cheese and vegan bacon bits to the spaghetti. I would also recommend getting a brownie or cornbread muffin and putting some soft serve on it to end your meal. There's lots of fun things you can do to customize your food here, which is one of the things draws me back, even if I think I'll stick to the Rancho place going forward.

Arrived around 1:30PM and it was about a 1 hour wait in line. Probably best to come during non peak hours so 3:30PM or before close. Parking is plenty. Staff are nice, but really it's self service. Overall experience was pretty good and a very nostalgic meal. The setup inside is very similar to souplantation, which we all miss so dearly! You enter the restaurant, plates/bowls are to the left. You can choose to go down the salad bar island from the left or right. Soups, pasta, & breads are on the left side wall. Wrapped around the corner are drinks and soft serve stations. There are a decent amount of stalls in the restrooms. Ambiance is nice and bright with table and booth seating. FOOD: soups and pastas were probably my favorite. SOUPS tasted very similar to souplantation, with the typical soups: clam chowder, chicken noodle, chilli, cream of mushroom, cheddar broccoli, minestrone, etc. The PASTA's were actually more flavorful than the usual souplantation ones. Alfredo was delicious, spaghetti and mac & cheese were not bad. The premixed SALADS were not as good. Was so sad the wonton happiness salad was underdressed and barely had any chicken. The other premixed salad they had was Caesar. The Joan's brocolli salad was the same. The salad bar selections were still very plentiful and varied. Dressings were just ok. My favorite pasta salad was still really good. The BREADS were no good at all. Blueberry muffins barely had blueberries. Everything was dry and hard sadly. And of course, I had to end my meal with a soft service ice cream! FYI: there is no TO-GO option, I tried to bring back some to San Diego with no luck.

Five stars! Exactly as we remembered Souplantation! We drove from south Oc to try it out and it didn't disappoint! The food was exactly how it used to taste. The restaurant was clean and organized, the food all was fresh and it was a modern version of what we remembered. I wish they would build one in South OC bc it wouldn't disappoint! Highly recommend!!!

Since the closing of Souplantation Restaurants we've been on the hunt for something similar. This place is a dupe to it. Come on, its named Soup 'n Fresh. Tip: get in line as soon as possible or have someone stand in line for your party. The line is long but moves quickly. The restaurant is clean and the are enough tables and booths for a small or big party. The table next to us was throwing a 40th Birthday party. As for selection. There's a soup station, a salad station, pasta station, and a bread section. Drinks are self serve along with their ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, or a combo of vanilla/chocolate swirl). Sadly there were only grapes and oranges for fruits. The soup station had about 5 different soups which included the delicious Clam chowder. The Bone Broth chicken noodle soup tasted like boiled chicken with fettuccine noodles. It was bland. I was not gonna even try the Lentil & Spinach Soup, Cream of Mushroom, or Chicken Tortilla Soup. No chicken for me! Salads there was a selection of plain salad, Caesar salad, Chinese Chicken Salad and the never ending toppings and sides for salads. They did also have a tun pasta salad, a spiral pasta (which had no dressing), and a broccoli salad. Get the broccoli salad. It's a mix of a little sweetness and texture. Skip the other two options. The bread station has pizza (that cheese bread hd the best pull, but the dough itself was mediocre), there was a chocolate muffin, French baguette, and the ole so famous Blueberry muffins. That itself deserve 5 stars because it tasted exactly as soup plantations. Add the honey butter and its like I was back to the future!! The pasta station had mac n cheese, spaghetti marinara, alfredo penne pasta, sweet potato, and baked potato. The alfredo penne reminded me of Johns Incredible's pasta. The sweet potato was overcooked but still good. Service was okay, workers were busy taking your trays and plates, cleaning and refilling stations. The mod was always seen with a clipboard looking around. Each station I had at least one thing that I liked so i'd give it 4.5 stars. Yelp needs to update so we can do half stars!! Get with it Yelp!

Part of me wished the burger came with a side, but considering the burger alone was over 1,000 calories, I was probably better off without the temptation!
