I found them to be 100% reliable. Aerohorta was there at the airport to pick me up when I arrived in Faial. When they dropped me off at my hotel, the driver went to the front desk with me and made sure my room was ready. They gave me a written detailed schedule with pickup times for every tour and transport plus my ferry tickets for the next morning. Throughout my stay, Aerohorta staff were prompt, friendly, professional, and helpful. They took me to and from the airport, to and from the ferries (to Sao Jorge and, on another day, to Pico). Through Aerohorta, I booked a full day tour of each of the three islands, Sao Jorge, Pico, and Faial. The tour guides were excellent. They were very knowledgeable, entertaining, and cognizant of the preferences of the guests. Thank you Aerohorta for making my vacation so relaxing and enjoyable!

The service was organized and professional. Our only disappointment was that we were not picked up from the ferry at the end of a day tour, as arranged. We were walking distance to the hotel, so it wasn't an issue, but inconvenient. If I needed arrangements again, I would use this company.
