During the representation there were significant disagreements regarding strategy and the handling of documents. In my experience, required responses were not filed in the way I expected, and at one point court filings were submitted by another individual associated with the office without my prior knowledge or consent. After the representation ended, I requested my complete client file. There is currently a dispute about whether the full file has been provided. I was also asked to sign a withdrawal document that included language affecting my homestead rights, which I declined to sign. A lien was later recorded against my property related to the representation. As of March 2026, reinstatement efforts regarding the mortgage were not successful.
