I was nervous when I first joined because I wasn't sure what kind of environment I would be walking into. I can genuinely say that everybody at this gym is respectful, courteous, and kind. The instructors are not only knowledgeable, they are also compassionate and encouraging. I highly recommend to all women and men looking to train in mixed martial arts to go check out controlled jiu-jitsu on River Street in Moose Jaw SK. I have never had a better experience and will continue to go for as long as they'll have me.
