They were not quick or efficient. It was 4 movers for my two bedroom apartment and there was very little reason for this many people as the work did not progress quickly. Despite having recent foot surgery, I assisted in moving items in and out of both locations. It was apparent they were not well versed in loading the truck as multiple times things needed to be rearranged to fit. Communication was poor and unprofessional. Upon the movers leaving, I noted a significant hole in the drywall of my basement, significant damage to 3 door frames, scratches up and down my ceilings, and damage to a new bookcase. None of this was communicated to me by the movers. When I contacted the owner he was unprofessional and inappropriately insisted that someone from his company come out to do the repairs. We eventually compromised that I would provide him an estimate from my painter. Upon doing so, he was unsatisfied with the estimate (although this was from a licensed, insured, reputable business) and continued to draw out the process for things to be settled. At this time I'm in contact with my attorney on sheer principle as this was far and away the most terrible moving experience I have had in 10 years. I would not recommend use of these movers even in the most desperate circumstances.

He set us up with 2 movers and a logistics manager. I moved from Philadelphia to about 25 miles outside of the city. I had about a one bedroom that was a small move but I had a lot of STAIRS. Well, when the truck got delivered #1 it smelled like smoke and there were spray cans of Ozium left in the front seat, so clearly their driver was smoking in the rented truck. #2. They went thru the EZpass lane without paying the tolls and I got hit with a $81 fee from Budget. I tried contacting Brandon multiple times, sent him photos of the charge, and was ignored and did not get any response. Very unprofessional company and I would not recommend using this service.
