These guys have been great. I need a garage for a month when I'm out there visiting my daughter. They answered my questions quickly. And they rent spaces for the calendar month and I'm out there for 32 days over 2 months. So they've charging me for the second month and letting me in early. Very happy with them. read more

Worst parking company. Paid $128 for four days. I tried to leave and they charged me another $40 to get out because it was "parking storage" not a come and go parking garage. Makes no sense. read more

Bought a SpotHero to stay here for about 32 hours. As I'm leaving, the scanner says I've already scanned out, and it won't take my SpotHero. I press the button for assistance and the lady tells me her system shows I left less than 90 minutes after I came in, and then I came back the following day, took a ticket, and now I have to pay to get out. I was at a conference the evening before and all today, and my car was in the same spot I left it, with no one else having access to my car or SpotHero. She looks at video footage and tells me they have video of my car leaving. Now I'm worried someone either stole my car to joyride or stole my plates, but neither one makes sense given my car was in the same parking stall and had all plates. So I call SpotHero, they confirm my car scanned out. So 25 minutes later, the gate opens (no explanation) and I park near the office and go talk with the lady. She says a RED Tesla (mine is blue) with a SIMILAR license plate left. No one else has my SpotHero, so I'm deducing they have a plate scanner that messed up, mistook their car for mine, let them out for free on my dime, and then caused me a 25 minute delay. I'm leaving a 1 star review not because this was her fault (it's probably an error with the license reading software), however, the review is for not one shred of empathy or "I'm sorry for our error", or "I'm sorry you had to wait all that time while we verified what you were telling us", or "I was wrong about the image that I said was your car leaving". I will not be parking here again, nor will anyone from my company. I'd rather pay more and walk a few blocks than deal with this kind of service after a long few days when I'm trying to get back home. read more

Used the valet parking next to the Union League.... after a beautiful wedding weekend they left us with a bad taste in our mouths! Many guests got screwed! First of all the valet ticket was stamped with the WRONG time (1.5 hours off!) and when you are on a 24 hour clock - them having the wrong time cost us another $39! on top of $59 and after spending a lot of money at the wedding this was unacceptable. The hotel didn't help because they said it is the garage not them (even tho they are valeting the guests from the hotel). I called South Loop and they told me I had to come to the office on Monday - I live in the suburbs and I am NOT driving back down to the city. Very sketchy biz all around. I am going to attempt to email them and get my money refunded... but we all know how this will end. :( read more

Really expensive and did not provide a receipt upon exit which I needed for reimbursement. I contacted them both via email and phone several times and leaving messages. No response at all. Would not recommend in the event that there is any problem. They do not want to deal with you. read more

I reserved a parking space online for my government car, to attend a conference in the nearby federal building. When I arrived, the printed QR code would not scan and the attendant onsite told me to take a ticket and present my scanned receipt when I left. When I tried to leave, the attendant that day told me they had no record of my purchase, and they charged me $120 to exit the facility, after I had already paid them $80 online. These people are thieves, and I would not use their services again or advise anyone else to. read more

BE SURE TO BUY PARKING ON LINE IF YOU USE THIS GARAGE. First Sunday, used online code and paid less than $15. Next Sunday, pulled ticket instead and was charged $54! That's a $40 difference, and garage would not make any adjustment when I complained. read more

This is a money grabbing parking area. They always change the time to enter and get the lowest price. The lady with the glasses working in the little office has an attitude everyday all day and needs customer service training. Or maybe they need to hire better personnel. She only treats those with a certain look with kindness. I will let all of my co-workers know to avoid this parking garage until effective changes are made. Any review you see with 5 stars is fake. This parking garage should be avoided at all costs. The prices are outrageous compared to most nearby parking, the spots are tight, there are many blind curves, and the layout of the garage is illogical. It's worth mentioning again that you will get ripped off like no other if you park here. The sign that lists their rate is small and not really readable until it's too late and you have no other choice but to enter. read more

Would not honor a published price. Had to file a complaint with the Attorney General when they wouldn't return my calls. For the difference $19 they ripped me off, they spent hundreds on their attorney arguing about it. I may not have my $19 (they charged me $40 for a rate that should of been $21 as advertised), but I have the satisfaction that1They spent hundreds arguing instead of just being honest..and, 2. I get to write a review about their establishment here and elsewhere that may keep someone else from parking there and thus lose them even more money. As you can see, they are not very bright over there, and who wants to park with a dishonest establishment anyway. They get one star since it's the lowest I could give. Also note: Rates are only published on the inside where you can't see them from the street. Once in, you can't back up...good luck finding anyone at the garage to complain to.....They also claim the rate which was published on an on line parking site when I searched rates and was NOT tied to any cut rate parking internet sites was not a price they'd honor...Just dishonesty all around on their part. If I've deterred you from this establishment and you spent your money elsewhere, my mission has been accomplished. read more
