Jeremy walked me through all the steps to get upgraded (IQ8) micro inverters from Enphase and then he and his crew removed all solar panels, installed the new micro inverters, updated the grounding, added needed wire runs, cleaned up the circuit and gave me needed capacity in my house panel. It took…read moreabout two weeks for them to get permits and order and receive the charger but it was during the Christmas and New Year's holidays so I don't know if that length of time is normal or not, but as soon as they had everything in hand, they scheduled the install. The elctrician they sent to complete the install (Dave) was professional, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, when we opened the box with the charger, it appeared to have been used. There was dust on the hose and minor damage across the front. The serial number on the registration card did not match the serial number on the charger itself. Just to clarify, the charger did not come from Treehouse but directly from the supplier. Dave went ahead and installed the charger so I would have something to use while Treehouse ordered a new one. As soon as it arrives, they'll switch them out. They agreed to do this with no pushback whatsoever, and I greatly appreciate their profesionalism. I would definitely recommend Treehouse if you need a charger installed.
