Be very careful buying a boat here. They don't do anything to the boats on their lot to make sure they are sea worthy. Boats are sold strictly "as is". The broker there told me that "we just keep the boat on our lot. It is up to the owner to clean the boat, make sure things are running. We don't do anything to them." I found out the hard way they are true to their word. My surveyor found the boat I wanted was missing the water heater, needed new risers, the mounts for the engine had almost corroded right through, the water pump was missing, the head had dry rotted, etc. Unless you can go to the yard, kick the tires, and lift the hatches yourself.
